Ordered a Doner Kebab with Chips, Battered Sausage, Coke, Chilli Sauce and Garlic Sauce.They delivered a Battered Sausage, Fish Cake, Half Pounder, Chips and 2 Chilli Sauces. No kebab, no drink, but someone else's meal.Phoned them immediately to give them a chance and get the correct order delivered, but the guy tells me to call Just Eat instead for a refund!!How about delivering the actual food I had ordered?No remorse or consideration for customers or any attempt to actually rectify their mistake and deliver what was ordered.

Absolutely amazing little place! Been going here since I moved to the area in 2003 with my family.Their chicken wings (which sell out super fast!) and half pounder burgers with cheese are to die for! Incredibly delicious! Not to mention the amazing chips!! Give them a visit if you haven't already! Fantastic bunch! 👏👏👏

Best Fish and Chips shop around Ilford in my opinion, we usually always get Chips from here and its always fresh and tasty and big portions. Great staff too

Used to be 5* but had to drop a star as they recently reduced the portion sizes for their chips but have left the prices the same. A large fish & chips used to be big enough to feed 3/4 people, now it'll barely be enough for 2. Quality wise, they are still the best.
