The Aspen Tree in Redbridge

Come for a family meal after being out. There was excess of 4 kid's & 6 adult's to be greeted by a woman with glasses who wasn't exactly polite about us being here. She basically said that we would be waiting awhile for food. But the way she came across was like she didn't want us here & we was a inconvenience being in the restaurant. Not exactly customer service if u have to be rude & not explain why u are approaching our table with a better mindset then being in a customer serving environment isn't really the job she should be in.

Was a fantastic experience from when I walked in the door food was amazing service was outstanding and such a great atmosphere definitely be coming back soon and bringing everyone I know

Nice pub. But a lot of youngsters in there on a Friday with my experience.

Bar staff were really nice and welcoming, one of them told us about the renovation so it'll be good to go back and see what they've done with the place, plus it's only a 5 minute walk away so I'll probably be visiting a lot more, thanks for a good night.

Although the place could do with a lick of paint the service was very good. Staff very friendly and the food was decent.

The staff here are absolutely brilliant. Always so helpful and friendly. The food is pub grub and great value for money. Beer is a great price too. Great for those nights when you just can’t be arsed to cook. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, delicious food, great for watching sports, not so good if you want a quiet meal
