Amazing lounge! Amazing workers! I love the whole vibe. Shisha flavours are on point and produce thick clouds, and their mocktails are so refreshing and tasty! Would defo recommend this place!

I have been coming here for years. 1 of my favourite shisha places. The 2 owners of this place are amazing people and down to earth, 1 of the main reasons me and my friends keep coming back along with thier great shisha flavours and food plus excellent customer service.

First and foremost, the shisha was brilliant. The service was attentive and the decor provided a brilliant relaxed yet classy vibe. This was my first time here and certainly won’t be my last! Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.... and don’t leave without trying the mint tea!

The best shisha spot I’ve been in without a doubt. What’s there not to like? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Tv’s everywhere, cold beverages, if you want a quick snack they prepare it there on the spot..very convenient place with exotic mojitos and tea. I specifically like the ice shisha pipe, there ones are really smooth. Ten ten place! Customer service is on point 👌🏻

This lounge is miles above anything I've tried. From the Mocktails to the shisha and even the decor (seats are very comfortable, unlike most other places). Im quite fussy when it comes to shisha but the staff are very friendly and are willing to accommodate within reason. I've tried ALOT of shisha places around London but i always seem to find my way back to basement. Thanks for the years of great service guys.

I’ve been coming to basement every week for the last 3 years and i must say these guys make me feel like family. Not only is the shisha top notch the service is very personable and never pretentious.Prices are reasonable and both Anwar and Mizan always treat me well. Well done to the both of you. Wish you all the best for the future. My only request is to introduce a full on dessert menu and bar! See you guys soon!!!

My all time fave sheesha lounge in East London! And the owner is mega hospitable! The sheesha is always of great quality and even if I find it to strong/weak they rectify t straight away!Basement is such a chilled yet pleasant environment! I defo recommend it to all! Above 18 only though :p
