Wazir Resturant location on the High street is in a good location. Apparently, the day I went there with an old school mate was a quiet day. Barely half of the chairs and tables were occupied.Entering the restuarant via the door area at the back, the tables and chairs were arranged like a schools dinning room.Food, drinks, waiter services were great and polite. The toilet was disgusting as shown in the pictures, hence why I reduced their rating to 3 out of 5.

We went there for lunch today.Seated by a young lad who answered the phone as he was greeting us! Waitress came straight round even when she'd seen that one of our party had gone to the toilet. The lad came over after and we asked him about the breakfast and he then informed us it is only served till midday which was not stated anywhere on the menu. He took our drinks order only as to the reason that the whole table had to order together. The waitress came back again asking if we are ready to which we answered no. Then she asked for drinks and we told her they'd already done this.Ordered lamb and chicken soup and the persian spaghetti. Lamb soup was good but more like a stew. Chicken soup had curry in it and cut pieces of chicken breast so definitely not your traditional chicken soup. The spaghetti had mince meat, mushrooms and peppers in it. I asked if I can have it without mushrooms and was told that it was a premade sauce. Asked both boy and girl and no one could explain the dish properly. I ordered it anyway. It was very rich in herbs and a bit greasy so ate it with some salad to easy the strong taste, didn't even finish it.We also ordered a rice pudding that was so thick and had too much vanilla in it. Freshly squeezed orange juice was whopping £5,49 for maybe not even half a pint glass.Bread was actually good. Got a small salad and two sauces. The biggest thing for me was that these sauce pots had PLASTIC spoons inside. Tried to ignore it. Well, at the end we got 2 teas and was offered baklava and I said I'd like just one piece. Got given four and charged for a full portion. And baklava was hot at the bottom! The biggest thing that stroke my attention was that the tea came with no plate and with a PLASTIC spoon AGAIN! A third waiter brought the tea on a tray and left everything on the tray rather than serve it to us. I asked him if they have metal teaspoons and he said yes. Some of the side plates were also plastic. So this is a choice! And at the end they charge you 10% service charge whether you want it or not.So all in all not a happy experience. You pay for service that is not there and you pay for food that is served on plastic plates with plastic cutlery. The only thing I'd say I enjoyed is the bread but not sure if I'd return just for that.

Great tasting food. Better than similar restaurants in the area. They’re busy, so I’d say cleanliness isn’t their first priority, which can be off putting. However they rectify any problems very quickly.

It is a big, beautiful restaurant which serves delicious foodI would like to thank Reza for his services he made us feel comfortable, he was friendly and made sure that everything was OK. The only let down was the dirt underneath the tables. The cleaners must have swept around the tables without moving them. I recommend this restaurant.

Delicious Turkish and Persian foodIf you are looking for something light and tasty Wazir is the place. Been to the restaurant and also ordered takeout, both times the food quality was good. I like the fact that they also have a vegetarian section, a bit pricey but overall nice food

Nice big restaurant with large free parking at the rear. The quality of the food was very good, however, like most Turkish Restaurants these days when you order a large platter half of it is filled up with rice and so it becomes less value for what you pay for. Having said that, there was a good choice of food, the service was also good.

Overall great experience, authentic Turkish food. Multiple good features, massive interior sitting area, parking facility at the back of the restaurant which is very convenient. They also have an innovative robot which deliver to your table. Staff is friendly and professional. One of the good halal restaurants in ilford area. Highly recommended for Turkish cuisine.

Little pricey than the nearby competitors, food was amazing but not consistent (I have sent an email as well complaining about food but not responding). Staffs were very polite and co-operative. Overall it was good.

Turkish on Cranbrook Road, not bad but not the best unfortunately. Service was ok one of the waiters took his time with us and got our orders right. He was pleasant and friendly. The ambience in the restaurant is quite basic it's quite simple really. Food was OK could be more flavoursome for Turkish however prices where quite reasonable.
