Zizzi - South Woodford in Redbridge

Great food, fast service, convenient location! Bit pricey but that's the times. The food came shockingly fast, and being able to pay via the app meant we could leave on our schedule.

We love Zizzi!BUT unfortunately our Valentines evening was ruined by waiting and waiting for our food. We went to Zizzi South Woodford at around 7pm and we’re waiting aprox. 30 min for someone to take our order, then another 30-40 minutes for the starters and then another 30 min for the mains. The restaurant was busy and everyone around us was having this hungry faces desperately waiting for the food to arrive. Please Zizzi get some more kitchen stuff for such a busy days like the Valentines Day! Overall the food was good and even that we spent most of the time waiting for our next dish the service was good as well. Thank you Tatiana for looking after us.

For a chain restaurant very good. Newish menu, with some stylish dishes, king prawn starter a must. Service could be improved, but the manager an asset, worth a visit.

One of my favourite Zizzi branches. New beef rustica with bufala is really good recommended. My wife who is vegan is also happy as they have options for her.

We had a afternoon with cocktails and prosseco had stawberrys that was very nice of the staff... the waitress was very atentive. We had a pizza was excellent lots of mascarpone... Thank you all for your service We hope to see you again

Worst food & dinning experience ever!Ordered a ceaser salad with chicken. 1st they brought me the wrong salad, then when it arrived my partner had already finished but my Chicken was cold, zero flavour & tasted like it was about 4days old and the soo called ceaser dressing was mayo!?My partners slow cooked short rib came completely dried out without any sauce.I cant believe i even paid full price for it.Should really request refundDreadful never again!!

Nice place to eat. I when I mainly go here it's lunch times, spacious and on the whole good service nice quality food at reasonable prices

Zizzi is a chain and therefore service and food differ between each one. The one thing that really stood out for me was the amount of waiting staff that were available and six tables (including us) that needed to be served. Between the waiting staff and tables, there would be a maximum of 2 tables they would need to serve completely. Our time at the restaurant took 2 hours for all of our food to come out between 2 adults and a child. Somehow my food was served before the others seated with me, even though I ordered 15 minutes later, their food taking almost 30 minutes. We had to ask for a glass 4 times before we were provided with one. A kid's dessert had to be asked for twice, and also took over 20 minutes to be served. The food itself was okay, although feeling slightly overpriced for the whole experience, although personally my pizza was slightly under cooked and I ended up using condiments to flavour the pizza. Not to say that this would be the experience you'd have everytime you come here, as a familiar face had also come to eat here around 15 minutes later, and by the time we bid our farewells, they seemed to have already finished eating. Take my review as you will but personally I wouldn't dine here again. - There was one waitress however who was quite attentive when we tried getting the attention of the staff, so my thanks to you.

I ordered the king prawns liginue ( I could literally count how many prawns there were which was a total of 4 and and half) In my opinion it had no flavour.I also order x2 orange juice (as I'm pregnant and can't drink alcoholic drinks) and the ordered dessert ( lemon meringue Sobert with raspberries which tasted delicious!!).Overall my experience here was good especially as I had good company.

Great customer service. Manager was extremely helpful and really wants to do well for his customers. Food was also very good.
