The place is nice, staff is suuuper friendly but sorry to say, the food not that great. The pasta barely had any sauce, they felt dry; the ravioli was a bit better but the sauce it comes with would have a lot more potential if it was thicker. We had rose wine, very good.My friends had desserts as well, they liked them.Try the prawns starter, that is really good! Conclusion: would go there again only if... I would not be the one to choose the restaurant.

Absolutely delicious meals at this restaurant. The service was attentive and very friendly. The prices are reasonable for the food, and the menu has a good variation on theme. Been here many times and been consistently satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

Great service and quality food. Always enjoy going

Food is good and reasonable. Service is okay. We were welcomed, seated and orders taken promptly. After the food arrived.. we were forgotten. No clearance, dessert order took ages and we had to walk upto the bar for our bill. It was a Thursday and there were only 2 staff members in the service area. Will go again to see if the latter half of the experience improves.

Nice enough restaurant in a good location but the food quality is disappointing. The taste, quality and quantity of food just is not that great, especially compared to some of the other chains offering similar types of meals. However the staff were friendly and the service was sufficient.

two days ago was the first time we came to that restaurant. But It is definitely not the last. We had a good time with the courteous service, with the first-rate cooking and wine and with the comfortable cost. We will definitely come back again.

This branch is set in a lovely location and the service overall was very good. Orders and food taken and arrived in good time. The king prawn starter was delicious and good value for money. Calamari was really disappointing and bland. Lasagna for main was good but that’s not saying much considering how basic lasagna is for an Italian restaurant. The wife had the asparagus and pancetta carbonara which tasted like microwave pasta, only slightly worse. Very disappointing. Willing to give it another shot but first impression wasn’t great.

Lovely new menu since we last went, had the crab and lobster ravioli which was delicious, followed by the blood orange and chocolate tart, with a coffee....really yummy! All washed down with a very nice Prosecco. New menu looks very exciting!

This ASK is not only the best restaurant in Twickenham but the best ASK branch there is. The staff are incredible especially Camilla the brilliant superstar manager. Camilla has the unique ability to make you feel as if nothing is too much trouble while making everything seem under control at all times, even when it’s very busy she never loses her cool. The food is superb and most importantly consistently delicious. We’ve been going there for years and will continue doing so. Keep up the amazing work! Love the Goddard Family (India, Betsy, Anders and Hunter)

My partner and I visited a couple of weeks ago and were very impressed with the quality of the food and the service. My partner is a vegan which can make eating out quite tricky, but we both had a delicious three course meal. The staff were very helpful with the vegan menu and the food came out quickly. We would definitely recommend and look forward to returning to Ask Italian - Twickenham.
