Basilico in Richmond upon Thames

I love Basilico pizzas. Always get it from the Wimbledon shop as I work not too far. Tonight I found out there was a branch in Sheen so tried it. It was the most disgusting pizza ever. Also the staff/manager who served me was acting like a robot. He tried charging me £19 for the same pizza eventually came up to £15.50 which is what I always pay at Wimbledon. There was hardly any cheese on there and no mushrooms. I sure would never be going back to this store and would recommend anyone that likes Basilico pizzas to go to the Wimbledon shop

This place is the best authentic pizza place for the money if you want delivery. The cheese, sauce and toppings are all made in Italy, and baked in wood fired ovens. One of the best experiences I've ever had. Enjoyed a lot

Why would Basilico say in the website that it’s £15 minimum for free delivery and then try, with attitude, to charge me more and say it was the delivery charge. Not ok. I’m a loyal local customer. Don’t be rude

Order was over an hour late with no offer of a refund (ordered via Uber Eats). Also came with way more cheese than usual. Funnily enough the Contact page on their website doesn’t work!

Terrible outfit, they are greedy and take too many orders which they can’t fulfill. They use there own drivers instead of the Uber one so you have no tracking on your delivery.In our case we phoned after a hour that our order didn’t arrive, he asked for our address to confirm the order and then told us it was cooked yet because, Uber hadn’t given him the address so they couldn’t deliver it. It doesn’t make any sense.They were incredibly rude on the phone, and in the end we never received anything even though he refused to cancel and refund our order.12 hours later Uber Eats support refunded our order in full.Don’t use these people, there is better out there!

The best wood-fired Italian pizzas in Richmond and the surrounding around.The ingredients are so fresh and it's so tasty! I am always ordering for home and for my workplace. Guys you have to try the pizzas, then you will know what I am talking about.The staff are very friendly too, always helping you with your questions on the menu. 5/5 stars!

Basilico Pizza turned into our most favourite pizza! Me and the hubby ordered second time from the Richmond branch and both deliveries were excellent. Very fast arriving,hot and extremely delicious vegan Zucchini & Artichokes pizza. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for tasty,vegan food.

It's expensive and the service is average but the pizza is excellent.Overall very good. In a completely different league than dominos or any or the chains.The condiments are great and abundant.
