Burger King in Richmond upon Thames

Absolutely disgusting, burger was cold,paid for a burger meal and was presented with something else, no lettuce or anything else in the burger, chips where cold, I would suggest people give this place a miss

Chips were old and cold. Probably worst Whopper I've ever had, served luke warm. Tables dirty and manager nowhere to be seen. I work around the corner but I won't be coming back. For a tenner there are way too many better lunch options. No wonder the place is empty at lunchtime.

Clean. The chips were the only thing that tasted. My Chicken Supreme was abs tasteless.

This Burger King have improved a lot compared to few months back. Friendly staff and specially the restaurant manager is friendly and helpful

Poor attitude from staff making things more difficult and being judgemental about free vegan royale offer (which was quite nice considering). The place is drab and feels unclean just in the seating area. Shame, it could be so much better. Chips were old and cold very quick.

Great selection of beers, plenty of real ale choice and pulled perfectly by Hannah the pretty lady with lovely trousers wings were lovely and juicy and they let me read heat magazine

My girlfriend and I placed our orders at 4:28, I ordered a burger and nuggets whilst my other half ordered a burger and chips. It took 16 minutes for just my girlfriend’s burger and chips. The burger, by the way, just literally just bun+cheese+burger. I had to leave without getting what I paid for as we were about to miss our 4:49 train. I even said to the lady taking our order that we were conscious of time as our train was arriving soon, but still neither of the two people working there seemed to care.If it was a busy day, I’d understand. But other than one other person, we were the only ones there.

The vegan royal is pretty good and I always love the burger King chips. But they had the wrong burger today. Also the place doesn't encourage you to stay.

Got it delivered took 75 minutes, everything was cold wont bother again. KFC is always hot and takes 20 mins max to arrive and down the road. Luckily I ordered off Deliveroo and they gave me a credit refund straight away. Oh and they forgot the onion rings. No attempt was made to tell me there were none left so I assume they just forgot.

Poor service. The staff don’t seem to care about how they come across or how long it takes to serve. The place had dirty floors and unclean tables and they weren’t even busy. The toilets are absolutely filthy. I’m surprised anyone uses them.On top of all this, there were a fair few broken chairs, no serviettes and the bins were overflowing.This is a poor example of Burger King and I know I won’t be eating there again.
