Caffe Nero in Richmond upon Thames

Tazmin at this branch was lovely and patient! Smiling and approachable. I had a few vouchers to redeem but didn't know which ones were redeemed already. She kindly offered to check it for me. She is indeed an asset to the organisation.

Good coffee,staff friendly and very clean place

My espresso was burnt. Nice place to hang out, but coffee is not as good as expected.

I usually enjoy going to Cafe Nero, their coffee is usually very good but I was disappointed by the Richmond branch. The service was poor and they didn't have any full fat milk for the coffee.

Always seats available...very friendly lady behind the checkout who was friendly and warm even though being very busy...

Great visit in Caffe Nero in Richmond. Great coffe, great tuna melt sandwich. Great staff too very friendly and pleasant. Visited on the 22d of December.

Lovely stop for coffee and mince pie. Lovely cafe, staff very friendly and helpful, very efficient and everything very clean, drinks and mince pie were lovely, would recommend.

The staff was nice and friendly. I had an Oat latte, vegan meatball panini and vegan chocolate cheesecake. 😋😋😋

Coffee in a relaxed setting - some coffee places are tight on seating and have a tense atmosphere. Love this one, the baristas are nice. The coffee is above average and there is a choice of seating options.
