Caffe Nero in Richmond upon Thames

The customer service is the best in London. Whole team is very helpful and simply amazing. They do excellent coffee as well. Store is clean and tidy.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life my daughter ordered a panini and a hot chocolate which was done wrong the other barista that was doing my daughters panini slammed the food down on the counter which both my daughter and I was completely horrified. The pair was very rude from the start no customer service miserable attitude.My daughter asked the barista for her name and she refused. This has now been reported to head office.

The coffee is awful and all their premises in general are dirty with tatty furniture. Worst coffee chain in the UK by far.

Tazmin at this branch was lovely and patient! Smiling and approachable. I had a few vouchers to redeem but didn't know which ones were redeemed already. She kindly offered to check it for me. She is indeed an asset to the organisation.

Good coffee,staff friendly and very clean place

I usually enjoy going to Cafe Nero, their coffee is usually very good but I was disappointed by the Richmond branch. The service was poor and they didn't have any full fat milk for the coffee.

Lovely stop for coffee and mince pie. Lovely cafe, staff very friendly and helpful, very efficient and everything very clean, drinks and mince pie were lovely, would recommend.

Great visit in Caffe Nero in Richmond. Great coffe, great tuna melt sandwich. Great staff too very friendly and pleasant. Visited on the 22d of December.

The staff was nice and friendly. I had an Oat latte, vegan meatball panini and vegan chocolate cheesecake. 😋😋😋

Coffee in a relaxed setting - some coffee places are tight on seating and have a tense atmosphere. Love this one, the baristas are nice. The coffee is above average and there is a choice of seating options.
