Carluccios's - Teddington in Richmond upon Thames

Loved everything about this restaurant , Great food and service.

Nice Saturday lunch. Not too busy. Good service.

Good service. Tasty food, although mushroom sauce for steak looked like it came out of a can. Restaurant is inside the Bental shop near ladies shoes.

On the menu it says that the minute steak is served pink in the center, perfect. When it arrived it was overcooked, brown all the way through and tough like leather. I asked the waiter why it was so overcooked. He told me it was how they cook their minute steaks and that physically you can't cook them any other way because they are so thin. He was lying. I then proceeded to order a sirloin steak because he suggested that it would be medium rare. When it arrived it was equally overcooked and dry on the inside. - and how do you even get grill marks on a steak but then make the rest of the steak look boiled... Expert level at making bad steaks.

Excellent meal. First time in Carluccio's for a long while so prices have risen, but reasonably so. Very good service. Makes going shopping in Kingston worthwhile.

Terrible customer service, starters and mains slacked in oil and salad burnt and old. Manager said Carluccio’s doesn’t exist anymore, is a new owner. She said that they have new menu, new suppliers. Worst place I’ve been since moved to UK.
