China Magic in Richmond upon Thames

Rude, charged me for King Prawn balls, and got Chicken balls which I'm allergic to. Don't bother

I made an order online on china magic’s website and never received the food I ordered !!!! Called the shop to ask where my order was and was told I would receive a refund the next day as they are refurbishing shop and it is closed !!!! I never received a refund !!!! and they have ignored my calls since. I want to know why china magic is taking orders and money when the shop is not even open !!!! Thieves they stole £60.82 of my money !!!!! I will be reporting this shop to trading standards !!!!!

I have been ordering from this restaurant several times, the wait was always about 1:00hourBut food was always amazing. Just like always I ordered from them, wait time shown was 1:30minsThey cancelled my order in few minutes. When I called to inquire they said that their driver cannot get to my location.. and when I tried to explain they just rudely disconnected the phone.. Very Impolite.. will never order again nor would recommend any1

Most horrible food I ever tasted. Spring rolls were from super market , Thai green curry was white in colour and watery., chicken satay wasn't cooked properly. Very disappointed. If I had a choice wouldn't even give one star

Whenever I think of ordering my fave takeaway which is Chinese food, i always go to China Magic. I always get their chow mein which is just immaculate, they're not drenched in oil and soy sauce but are the perfect flavour/texture etc. The food comes so quickly and it's always amazing. I could eat this all mf day it makes me so happy. And they always give like two fortune cookies its so cute.

Really happy with my order. The food arrived promptly & still warm. Plenty of food, so much so that I saved some for supper. The egg fried rice was light & fluffy, very tasty. perfect curry sauce which is always my barometer test. 100% will be ordering again.

We have ordered from China Magic three times now, ordering different meals and every time we have had outstanding food, delivered quicker than expected and hot when it arrived. This is our favourite Chinese food delivery in Twickenham. Well done guys

I would give 0 Star rating if it was possible. This is the first time I’ve actually reviewed a restaurant but had to after having to eat the most awful food I’ve ever had. Ordered over £70 worth of food for my family and was so disappointed with every dish! Only two things that tasted remotely good was the small pot of satay sauce that came with the awfully dry chicken skewer and the prawn crackers were fine. The crispy beef was soggy bland and watery. The chilli black bean sauce was watery slimy and not chilli at all. Even the egg fried rice was hard and tasted old. The whole experience with the restaurant was horrendous. Called and spoke before writing to see what the restaurant had to say but they weren’t of much help so have had to write this as I would definitely not recommend ordering food here.

Usually good food good speed of delivery and order correct but tonight was dreadful service. Called in for meal delivery when it arrived part of the order was wrong, I called up and they said that they would send out the item that was missing, while waiting the other food just went cold, the guy turned up with missing item and I said a number of times please listen as he kept repeating that we could keep the wrong item, we didn't want the item after numerous times of saying please listen, we said that we have been charged for a more expensive item that we didn't order or want but he seemed to think by saying you keep the item made it all okay, so in the end we ended up with a cold meal an item that we didn't want plus an overcharge for the privilege of having to wait, £50 worth of food went in the bin as it was inedible. This is not the first time they have got the order wrong. Disappointed.

Delivery was within the advised 59mins; delivery man just kinda grunted at me when I opened the door. Looking forward to this meal after reading good reviews, and was massively disappointed.Reason for two stars is that while the beef and broccoli and chow mien were average and acceptable, the forgettable fried rice was bland stodge.I’ll not be able to forgive or forget the salt and pepper ribs. I’d even go as far as to suggest that whatever unidentifiable meat this is had spent an eternity in the freezer before being deep fried for far too long, and was not fit for human consumption.
