Staff are snarky when they’re not being wholly inattentive to waiting customers. Kew is not short of good coffee shops, so go somewhere nice instead.

Customer service absolutely disgusting. Had better service at other places. Cashier got the order wrong and then they wanted to charge extra to get it corrected as she forgot to charge for the cream, ordered hot chocolate with cream.

Quite disappointed with our visit at this branch of Costa today. When we first walked in, there was no warm welcome from the staff who didn’t even ask what we would like. They almost looked put out by our custom. We sat at the table which was dirty (amongst others) and hadn’t been clean from the previous customer. I then had to ask a staff member to clean it for me. When i did get my latte and hot chocolate, it was cold and wasn’t to the standard that we have come to expect at Costa.

Nice coffee but rather disappointed with a young lady that clearly shouldn't be working in a customer facing role. She was polite and got the job done but just looked like she didn't want to be around. I suggest a career change for her and encourage he manager to bring that up.

At weekends this place is very busy, which is normally when panic sets in for staff and they start getting orders wrong. Service here is very much up and down depending on who serves you. Today menus are half hanging off the wall, empty spaces for last two days where mugs should be for sale, and greeted by attitude where they've very clearly got the order wrong.However, some very nice helpful staff here, and a cosy space to relax with a coffee and a cakes.

Been using this store for years and whilst it is a small store which gets full fast the staff are perfect. They work as fast as they can and have not yet messed any order I have made. I use this store every single day, they know my most regular orders and make a great effort with my children. So its a 5 star rating from me. I only wish the store was bigger with better seating options, but that would be up to Costa Coffee Head office and not the staff who are most often rushed off their feet.Service with a smile everytime. Keep up the good work.I have to admit they have previously had issues with finding good staff but that was over a year ago. Perfect Latte everytime.
