Duke in Richmond upon Thames

A dump if ever there was one. Expected a pub with a Scottish ambience but got a Wetherspoon-like experience instead. You can guess what I think of Wetherspoons?

Very friendly lady serving, decent selection of wines by the glass, was surprisingly quiet though for 9pm on a Saturday night which was nice actually as we had a seat and could chat and actually hear each other 😊

Lovely little pub with a nice atmosphere and great prices for drinks. Only problem sadly - no cocktails - otherwise worth a visit!

Great looking pub, with good ambience. I was there for lunch and the food was good. The service was average, ordered a gin and tonic, but was not asked which gin or which tonic I would like. Had to find the staff to get menus and to pay.

Good old fashion bar great service a good pint and a nice vibe with a bit of music in background simply easy going.

Friendly local pub with a great selection of interesting and tasty craft beers on tap. Wooden decor, plenty of seating options. Basic and perfectly functional. Extra star for the beer selection.

The bar advertised cocktails and yet didn't serve any cocktails, the bar staff didn't know how to make one either? Toilets were quite unclean. The drinks we did have were nice and an okay price but not worth going to.

Cosy, chill place. Nice pub, great team led by ladies. Gabi was super friendly and fun. I only wish the lights were a bit dimmed, that would've given a bit more romantic vibe but overall an absolutely lovely place, someone ordered food at the table next to us and it looked and smelled delicious. Will be coming back. Thanks you ladies! x

Great food and service. I had the fish and chips which can be a bit hit and miss but it was amazing, really crispy batter.
