Five Guys in Richmond upon Thames

The manager is amazing! I am strongly allergic to onion and garlic and he sorted everything for me nice abs smoothly. He knows exactly what goes into the burger and when I was ordering milkshake, he showed me what a certain kind of biscuit is when I was wondering whether I should order it. I am 120% happy with this experience, my first FIVE GUYS experience! Thank you so much! I will come back again!

Good quality food, would be 5 star if they had there drinks topped up, checked for temperature and quality. There was no Ice, fizz in the sodas and it was very warm.The staff are great and the food came out good.

ever since I started a new job in the area. this branch is amazing. the food is great. the drinks and milk shakes and the burgers are unresistable. the staff and customer service is second to none. well worth the visit

Burgers are nice here but my fries were slightly over cooked and salty, I think lots of fries were cooked earlier and they kept serving leftovers to new customers, it’s a shame as I like five guys hopefully my visit will be better next time,Regards

The service was great with attentive staff but in essence, I had a burger. Nothing special and not really worth the inflated price. It was my first time eating there but probably won't return .

Good burgers, good chips, bit pricey, but you pay for quality. Dude serving was supper chill and recommended the cajun seasoning and it did not disappoint. I didn't eat for the rest of the day. 5*

Hot dogs are a bit disappointing, but the milkshakes are awesome. Burgers are monsters. I would have been more than happy with a kid sized cheese burger. Great place for a simple, fun meal. Especially with hungry kids in tow.

Brilliant customer service staff they smile at you they ask how they can help you.🤓💌👄 You literally forget you had bad day the burger and chips 🍟 are delicious 😋 😅😗I wish I could go every time. I really enjoyed my food. I would be happy to visit them again. Any other new customers should definitely visit them.

We had cheese burgers. Very nice. You have to select your own toppings and sauces, so it is a great choice for those people who like to option there burger. It is also very economical.
