By all means a solid (albeit the only) choice if you find yourself in this area of Greater London but unfortunately the Dim Sum quality doesn't quite compare to others in London.Restaurant is fairly small and you'll NEED to book to advance and be limited a 1.5 hour slot. Service was efficient. Menu is on the pricier side with Dim Sum dishes averaging ÂŁ5-6 each.

Avoid! We booked a table for 8pm for dinner as earlier hours were not available. Clearly they wanted us out as soon as possible. We were almost forced to order in a rush, food was taken away from our table before we were done. We were kind of "where did the prawn crackers go!". They started clearing all other tables around us and cleaning. If you do not want customers after a certain hour, then do not book tables.Did not really enjoy the food which is not the most reasonable prices either!Terrible service!

Don’t expect good service here or a relaxing time.We were waiting for some friends to join us at this restaurant but they were running late so ordered some starters, they refused to take our order (of 3 starters and drinks) presumably because it wasn’t a big enough order (???) they then were very rude and by the time our friends had arrived we had decided this place doesn’t deserve our money so went to a friendly local Japanese restaurant instead!I’d recommend avoiding this place. Not to mention they have an incredibly overstocked & dirty fish tank.Hard to find anything good to say about this place to be honest!

One of the best Chinese restaurants I know. Mg family and I love the food. The only downside is one of the guy who always ruins it being rude.Last night we went in at 8:30, he told us to hurry up and said all the food is coming at the same time as the kitchen is closing in let’s just say not a polite way. Always something from him.

Lovely meal although service was a little slow at first. Booked table for 1 and then (after waiting a long time to order) was told not long after 2 that the kitchen was closing soon. Not a big problem but felt a bit rushed when closing isn't until 330. Food came but boiled rice was missing. Waited a long time to get any attention then was told no rice left! In a Chinese restaurant!Having said all that I will try here again as the food was lovely and its always busy so I guess it's popular. Today it was fully booked. Worth another visit.

FOOD: 5 star. Very authentic dim sum. This is so far the best quality dim sum I found near Kingston/teddngton.SERVICE: 1 star or 0 star. They very strictly only allowed us to have 1h30mins for dim sum (we are a big group with few 2 year old young kids). When there’s only 15mins left they came to remind us explicitly only 15mins left and they needed the table back sharply on time. And when it’s about 5mins left they came and asked us to pay the bill. When we pay the bill, the waitress very rudely told us that they don’t accept more than 3 cards splitting bill. I understand the rationale but she could’ve said it in a much much nicer way. We had to rush through our food in the last 15mins and feels like got kicked out.If you can decide, order, and eat reasonably quick, then that’s okay. OTHERWISE AVOID.

Excellent food and consistent quality. The coriander soup is a must as a starter especially during these cold winter months. The service is friendly, polite and quick without you feeling rushed.Dim sum at the weekend was exceptionally good.Highly recommended for anyone who wants a well priced and good quality Chinese food experience.

This is an authentic Chinese dining experience that is one of the best in London. The food is of superior quality and is clearly prepared and cooked by highly skilled and professional Chinese specialist chefs. This is not takeaway in a tub type food but really top quality. The restaurant itself is very well appointed and booking in advance is advised. It is not cheap but also not expensive for what you get. Highly recommended.

Wonderful dim sum, high quality and perfectly fresh, cooked and executed. A bit pricey - probably 1.7x of London Chinatown prices, but obviously convenient for those that live close to the area. Do yourself a favour and order the salted egg custard buns

Easily the best Chinese restaurant in the Teddington to Kingston area that I found so far.The dishes are almost all cooked to perfection and served quickly with minimal fuss. The noodles and dim sum are all excellent by London standards (with the possible exception of the Xio Long Bao which are a tad too thick).Reservation is an absolute must as the restaurant gets very busy due to its popularity. It's a tad pricey, but the quality and overall experience are worth it.Highly recommended in the area.
