Kfc in Richmond upon Thames

Website/Google says they close at 11 but they had locked the door and closed for the day by 10:45

I am recovering at home from Covid and first time in days wanted to eat. I ordered a menu and only the burger arrived without fries and gravy I ordered. The fillet burger tasted awful and was soggy. Does it take such a big effort to check the order is complete before packing it off! So disappointing and my money went down the drain…

Perfect location by the station and you can sit down in this one

Dry chicken not right you go into KFC and the chicken is dry and outside is hard.KFC you have now done this twiceWell you have lost a customer for or until your standards is improve

Worst KFC I have ever been to, very poor customer service, make sure you check your order it seems like whatever you want you'll have to ask for it, even tissues and spoons.

You're advertising a vegan burger on a massive bright screen outside that you don't even sell inside...

I have ordered delivery from this new branch three times now. Although as I am local its arrived quickly & hot today is the last time I am ordering from this branch. The delivery service is not the place to throw away the chicken you can't sell. Dumping a bucket full of drumsticks the cheapest cut on those that order online while expecting buyers to not notice you have given no breast bits at all is pretty terrible. I have given this site three chances & every time its the cheapest & smallest bits of chicken sent for delivery. Never been anything but hugely dissapointed with the delivery offer here. With two other KFC's delivering to Richmond & several other chicken places just metres away why bother with a place that is cutting corners & delivering sub standard service. If I had wanted a box of drumsticks & cold chips I would have gone to tesco & saved myself £20.00.
