Went to the Lass a couple of days ago.Food at lunchtime was disappointing.I had a BLT sandwich with fries, the sandwich turned up toasted, which I didn’t ask for and the toast a bit hard, I assume that is why it was toasted and the bacon was over cooked. The fries were over cooked as well, however the pint of Guinness I had was lovely.I still eat it, as I was hungry and didn’t have enough time to send it back. It’s unfortunate, perhaps it was an off day, as the pub it self is really nice.

Location location location. Staff split between fantastic and ambivalent. The food was fine. Zero craft beers. But a wonderful spot after a walk in the park: every table had a child or a dog.

We were looking for a family friendly pub after a day out in Richmond Park and we came across this absolute gem. Great food, warm atmosphere and the friendliest service. 👌

Met a couple of friends for a beer or 2. We got a great table in front of the open fire on a cold winter's night. Very pleasant, made all the more so by a friendly and attentive bar lady.

Popped in for lunch and we both ordered sausage sandwiches, which were--surprisingly--very disappointing. The bread wasn't toasted and the sausages were ice cold. It's a shame, since the pub itself is lovely and the wait staff is nice. I would give them another try, perhaps something besides a sandwich.

Came in for a birthday Sunday roast with family after a walk in Richmond park :) my roast was great, and it came so quick I thought they had the wrong table at first! Great cosy vibe pub (with LOTS of cute dogs) 🐶

Service slow. Food questionable. Starters brought out with mains, despite being asked. Questioned if burger was plant based as def didn't taste like it. Other main was salty and dry. Couldn't taste the sausage, cassoulet was dry. Mediocre at best. Dessert menus were different. On the plus side, the wine was good.

Lass O'Richmond Hill is a great and warm place with cold brews, nice wine and friendly service! The gentleman tending the bar around 4pm on 19.10.21 is always very smiley and makes you feel at home. Also has a nice area at the front which is nice to enjoy a pint on a warm afternoon!I haven't tried the food but from what I have seen brought out to tables it sure looks good so I will have to try it at some point.Highly recommended!

3 of us visited the Lass o Richmond for lunch today, love this place. Gorgeous rump steak with a glass of rose for me, the boys had the burgers both were very happy with the quality of the food and the service was quick and super friendly. Finished off with all 3 puddings on the menu, all were delish with the blueberry Alaska standing out. We will be back again soon :)

Chose this place at a whim, and was treated to friendly service and a fantastic roast on Sunday. Good choice Inc beef, lamb, chicken and veggie alternative. Lamb on the bone was particularly tender and tasty. Would recommend booking as was packed all Sunday afternoon while we were there.
