Little Mumbai in Richmond upon Thames

Just wow. Really great food, a wide variety of foods including loads I'd never heard of. Can't recommend it enough!Updated 13/7/22 - another cracking curry tonight, service very attentive. Can't recommend enough. Try something you've never had before, you won't regret it.

Little Mumbai ticks all the boxes. The staff made us feel so welcome and the food was second to none. I had Lamb shank and it was perfectly marinated and cooked. It melted in my mouth. All of the food we had was tasty and delicious. We will most certainly be visiting again. I would definitely be recommending this restaurant to my friends.

The staff, ambience, the area & the park that is along the Thames River (1 km away), the area & the food are all amazing!We were in London for the night & ventured out for some local Indian food not far from Heathrow. We originally wanted to go into the Central London district & dine & Michelin-rated restaurant, but ended up finding this place & we are so glad that we did.This restaurant has all of its flavor enhanced with every single bite you take. The wines are organic & the beer is amazing.Furthermore, Satya & his staff were beyond amazing.The food is original. And the Kulfi had caramel over it. This is the first place I’ve ever had seen that done. And wow, was it good!The ambience is cozy, yet modern, but not over the top.A great find with affordable prices. I am happy to have dined here.

Please Read,I took my father in law to the Little Mumbai on the eve of the army/navy rugby game. We had pre booked and turned up 45 min early. This was not a problem to them and we were shown to our table. This was a good start to a experience that I found to be excellent. We are both in our later years and have eaten many many Indian meals, so we know what a good restaurant is. The service was swift and the food was outstanding. The staff were attentive and the owner took time to talk with us. A very passionate and genuine man. Its This simple - if you want the best food and best service , and I must had great value then this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed.Thank you to all at Little Mumbai.

Great food and even better service. Arrived without a booking but were given a table within 10 minutes. The whole team were really friendly even advising us on what to eat and ensuing we were safely in our taxi. Food was first class, will definitely visit next time we are in Twickenham,

My boyfriend (Conor O) and I ordered from this restaurant last night. Satya and his colleagues were absolutely lovely and deserving of their 5 star rating. They went above and beyond to get us our order and were super communicative every step of the way. The food was delicious and one of the best Naan bread I have ever had <3

After recently moving into the area I read all the reviews & placed an order. The food did not disappoint. Ordered vegetarian dishes & they were really tasty. Perfectly spiced. Portion sizes were plentiful, so much so that had the rest for lunch today. The staff were super friendly & helpful. This is going to be my go to take out from now on.

Had dinner here with the band a few weeks ago. We all had a great time and enjoyed the good Indian food. We had all kinds of things from the menu and all of it was hot fresh, spicy and tasty. The staff wasn't that friendly. But that didn't bother me at all. But the no alcohol thing wasn't fun. Their service was fast and the food was great. Definitely recommend to eat here when in town. Great genuine location with very attentive service and a huge range of delicious food on the menu.One if the best lamb biriyanis I’ve had and with the raita it’s almost perfect. There’s a large selection of vegetarian dishes and gluten free options so there’s almost no reason not to go!Service could have been a little quicker but we didn’t feel rushed or anything. Well worth a trip.
