Mcdonald's Restaurants in Richmond upon Thames

Unfortunately this is my local McDonald’s. Consistently bad food. Soggy chips. Old oil. Overcooked, stale burgers that taste like they’ve been sitting there for ages. No care in preparation. Management needs a shake up.

The rating would probably be higher of they didn't mess up my orders all the time.Had the mcplant burger with extra tomatoes and no pickles... Then it comes with extra pickles and no tomato. They fixed it quickly but would be better if they got it right.Upstairs seating is ideal for people watching by the window as well!

Food is fresh and hot, the manager and staff are top class, i accidentally throw my airpod charging case into the bin and the manager tracked it on camera and managed to help me find it no questions asked. Superb service

Our recent visit to McDonalds Richmond was very poor. The girl who served us out food was very argumentative and rude and when we got back to the car (2 minues away) the chips were stale and barely warm. It was busy when we ordered so I don't understand how the chips were both stale and cold?? Not good

Always clean and hygiene maintain all the time. Friendly and efficient staff especially one lady staff who always look after recycling cups etc and always maintain clean tables and floor which store looks always fresh and tidy. And food always quick and freshly made. Thank you. Well done team✌️👍🏼🎉🤗🎶

Missing Happy meal. Made one son very unhappy indeed, which made everything else awful! No reply from restaurant, could not get meal for my son, could not contact just eat or anyone at McDonald’s to even attempt to get the happy meal delivered. It would be nice if people actually cared about getting orders right. We paid for food and delivery, did not get what I ordered, made children very unhappy, but were basically told to just accept it! Nobody was going to do anything about it, it is disgusting that this is “customer service”.

Accessible toilet (the only one on the ground floor) was out of order, and the upstairs was locked as it was late evening so toilets were unavailable entirely (illegal!) and my fries had a tiny bit of blue plastic in them, presumably from gloves or a mask, which really put me off my food last night.Also, even though there's weren't many customers at the time, the bin (just a regular one, no recycling at this McDonald's, which is unusual these days) was full, so presumably hadn't been emptied for a while, meaning we had to leave our waste on the table.

I could see that my order was ready, but had to wait more than five minutes without being given it. When I asked for it the manager (? Tom) refused to give it to me. I waited another five minutes and asked a female attendant to give me my order, and she picked it up. The manager shouted at her to put it down and not to give it to me. He was very rude and disrespectful both to me and to her in front of other customers. It was a very horrible experience.

This is the closest McDonald to me. Unfortunately they are appalling. They ALWAYS get my deliveries wrong. When I ask for no cheese burger, as I can't eat it, they put the "no cheese" label (so they know it can't have cheese) and still put cheese on. Half the items are missing, chips are half full.. how hard is it to read an order? They acknowledge the details of the order, but don't do anything about it. Every order, I then waste my time dealing with refunds.Wouldn't go there!
