Nando's in Richmond upon Thames

First off, this isn't a review of the food. Everyone knows what Nando's food is and it's identical in every restaurant. If you don't already know, it's delicious and more tha a little addictive! The restaurant itself and staff here are as good as you could expect but be warned, it's small. I mean REALLY small, so book if you can. On the plus side, the small seating capacity means you never have to wait long for your cheeky Nando's to arrive at your table 🤤

Food was decent but the service could use some work. They forgot to bring one of our main courses and had to be reminded. Staff seemed to forget about us as we were in a corner.

The customer service is amazing!! I’m not local to the area but my daughters dentist is in area. We went in a few weeks ago and the food was so good. I asked for well done, it came out perfect, not burnt, well seasoned and moist. I love Nando’s and have visited several different venues but this one is by far, the best I’ve gone too. The service was spot on!! Thank you x

Food is fine but if you ever order for collection PLEASE ask the server to show you each item you ordered in the bag. Every single time I order from here for collection something is missing, 3 times in a row now - record. I won’t be going here again, lesson learnt.

Really easy home ordering service. Great not having to sign up with Deliveroo account. But, please allow for cooking preferences. I had to put the chicken in the oven, because it was under cooked. The rice is stodgy and tasteless too.

Absolutely despicable when it came to cleanliness and hygiene. The interior of this Nando's was extremely dirty and squalid. Food strewn under the table, eaten food in the table and chair. Our table was hastily cleaned with the sticky liquid staying on the table. We had to wipe the table dry with blue paper towel. The service was horrendously slow, they had something wrong with exhaust, so had the main door wide open, freezing the interior dining area. Everything went from bad to worse, when after waiting for what seemed like an eternity, the food arrived just barely warm. Fries were cold, brocolli was cold, food had gone cold and dry.If there is anything like a minimum standard for a dine-in restaurant, then this Nando's will fail in all aspects.

As a vegetarian, I found Nandos a great place for a vege burger.Our party tried both the bean and chickpea burgers and all agreed that the latter outdid the former. The chickpea burger had more body and was tastier. The accompanying roasted sweetcorn on the cob and french fries too were of good quality. The disappointment was that despite the cold Kingston winters, no hot beverages are served. We had to get our coffee from another outlet.Nevertheless, the service was good with orders placed on the app and served by the team on hand. I would recommend Nandos as the service was excellent and the food good.

We managed to bag ourselves an outdoor seating straight away at appx 16:30 on a Saturday. Staff were lovely, informative and attentive. Covid restrictions and procedures were explained and order so was the order process via app/online.Food was amazing as per usual. Timely and well presented. Nothing negative to say.I did not see hand sanitisers at hand so ensure you have your own.

This is the best Nando's I've ever been to.Perfectly cooked food and happy fast service.Spotlessly clean and orderly, no empty sauces or spotty cutlery.The lady who manages here( American, i think)is very attentive, always monitoring and checking on customers satisfaction.
