Went for lunch as a couple and first visit. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and food was simply delicious. Can't wait to return.

Very impressed with the staff and service. We are here with a tight time window before going to see News Christmas Lights. One of our party was running late, the rest of our party was sat, we ordered and were served while we waited. Our last party member arrived and their food had been ordered to be served as they arrived. It was even kept hot as it took a bit longer to walk from the station than expected.Lovely friendly small restaurant with excellent food.

We ordered a takeaway. It arrived cold, the chips had been squashed into a plastic container with lid, resulting in them being very soggy. The lamb and chicken shawarma were bland and the spinach pastry were thick and chewy all in all a completely flavourless and overpriced meal. I called to complain, the guy I spoke to was rude, unapologetic and said I shouldn't be so upset as £36 is not a lot of money to spend!! Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Fabulous restaurant with excellent menu. The food is full of flavour, spicy and healthy and the portions are generous. We have been to Palmyra in Kew a couple of times now and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

We were pretty disappointed! The food was too quick, meaning that it wasn't cooked properly. Mixed grill was dry, the rice was a bit soggy and the pastries were thick and a bit chewy.Generally, I didn't think that you could mess up this type of cuisine to this extent. No wonder the place was empty...

The food was amazing! We showed up a bit before they opened, and were promptly provided a spot to sit. The waiter/owner (maybe?) was a bit grouchy and not overly hospitable. All in all it was worth the visit.

Good food and fast service. Wasn't busy but food was still fresh and tasty.
