Fios was fantastic on our visit. We sat on the terrace and he was very tentative and pleasant. A really lovely chap who cared about his guests and gave service with a smile. You could see he had a great work ethic.

Nice view of the river from the outside area. Food OK, wasn't quite what we ordered - staff member explained that another staff member hadn't been fully trained on the ordering console - and that was that!Worth visiting for a drink in good weather, avoid if very hungry

Lovely cocktails in the sun on the gorgeous terrace with really good service. My halloumi burger was supper tasty. Only thing is it would have been nicer to have more salad on the plate and the watery coleslaw made my burger bun soggy on the bottom. Other than that, lovely!

A great view over the river with options to sit outside and inside this location.No food, but you can bring your own. I liked the idea.Three bartenders were not enough to move faster the queue at the bar; likewise, not enough cups for wine to the point I had to bring mine back to served another round.Overall, we like this location because of the view from the terrace.

Quick (1st) visit on a quiet afternoon, to a very pleasant pub. It makes the most of its prime location on thr River with an outstanding terrace overlooking the River, as does one of the bars. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Certainly a place to bookmark for the summer months.

The staff were amazing! Such a nice and relax Sunday drink on the river today! Shame about the kitchen being closed, but the staff allowed food from elsewhere to be enjoyed in their garden to make the most of the sun.

Three of us came here for a Sunday Roast and some drinks. There was an advertisement outside the pub selling Sunday Roast. We ordered our drinks and awaited the menus.There were two pints ordered. The pints arrived warm, when we raised the issue we were told that the cooler was broken. (Might have been helpful to know this before ordering). There was no offer of rectifying until we told them we were swapping them for bottled drinks as they were undrinkable at £6 a pint. Not only was it not offered by the staff they then made a comment that if there was a price difference we would need to make up the difference. As it turned out the ciders were cheaper and no credit was given for the difference.After the issue with the drink and what I would describe as two staff who could not have made it any clearer that they didn’t want to be there by their body posture, tone and lack lustre customer service we decided we would not be dining.Whilst drinking our ciders we heard one of the bar staff tell people that they don’t offer roasts. See comment about it being advertised before entering the establishment. We told them they should not be advertising Sunday roasts if in fact they don’t offer them at this current time and it’s false advertising. They then removed the signs.Given the current climate service should be a priority to patrons. I don’t think it should be the suggestion of patrons to change signs and inform patrons when ordering drinks that you should tell them the cooler is broken.I would recommend to try other pubs around Richmond.

Great location and friendly staff but that’s about it. Came for lunch this afternoon and once was enough. Although it’s a beautiful building and a great terrace, the place itself looks shabby and, frankly, dirty. But far worse is the food. Ordered the chilli con carne nachos and what arrived was a plate with a bit of broken tortilla chips, a small scoop of the chilli, congealed sour cream, strange looking salsa and old looking guacamole. Revolting. I sent it back and had their dry club sandwich. What’s the point of having what could be a fantastic restaurant in beautiful Richmond overlooking the Thames when everything is so dismal and third rate?

Good location but bland food and confused menu.I came here 3 times for Mon to Friday for the 8£ menu and some drinks.The steak is always unavailable along with other dishes, but drinks always ready, makes me wonder 🤔Price fair for the location, but you can get more for your bucks if you walk around the area.Overall good place, but if you looking to eat good you probably want to look elsewhere.
