Zizi has changed its menu! Yes, the pizzas are crisp with a creative array of toppings. Very very good.

This used to be a good Italian restaurant, now it's just average fastfood place. The restaurant itself is nice but the restaurant is primarily about good food that you won't find here. We ordered 6 pizzas, some beer and a bottle of red wine. The wine was brought to us in a ice bucket and we waited for the pizza for a very long time, because 4 pizzas was completely burned and they had to make them again, but even so, two pizzas were in some places completely burnt and black.

First visit to this chain. Clean and comfortable. Has some carver chairs that are convenient if you have difficulty standing from a chair. On-line table booking system works well but is slow responding. Food was decent, if a bit too hot, but not exceptional. Service quick but a little clumsy. Staff friendly and helpful. Seems to be popular for parents with young children.

From the moment we arrived the ladies who greeted us were pleasant and ready to make this a special dining experience. It was busy at time we got there but not overwhelming so the atmosphere was just right. Table for four and we ordered immediately.Drinks served chilled followed by few bits like pasta crisps and olives and then the starters being Garlic Bread and Aranchini balls. Tasty appetisers! When the pizzas were served we were totally hungry so it was perfectly timed and cooked to perfection. Delicious and kudos to the chef.Money well spent and look forward to our return. 5 star rating.

Great for a meal with friends or family, roomy without feeling overlooked, range of items of the menu so there is something for everyone. Nicely decorated, fun kids menu. Fantastic ice-cream

Food was really tasty and the service was good. I ordered the Rigatoni Pesto Rosso which was delicious

Atrocious, terrible, inedible. Just 3 words to describe what I was served from this branch. I ordered on deliveroo. This was against my better judgement as the last time I went here with family in 2018 the food was way below par and my brother ended up with food poisoning. I had hoped this time around there may have been some improvement. I ordered a lasagne. It was like prison food. Half of it was literally rock solid and burned and you could pick it up in one piece like a biscuit. It tasted like a frozen meal from Iceland and they have dramatically reduced the portion size from when I used to visit this branch years ago (although on this occasion it was probably for the best!) This branch used to be decent several years ago but has gone so so so far downhill I would not waste my money here ever again!!!

Absolutely HUGE thank you to the manageress that honoured our weeks old booking despite the massive staffing issues they were facing.Ended up being a very special experience to celebrate our daughter's graduation. Just the 3 of us, the manageress and chef. The food as ever for Zizzi's was lovely.Thank you, thank you, thank you for making a great luncheon.

Went for a quick bite . Had a few starters and enjoyed. The garlic bread was really good and soft. Calamari was also really good. Also had the prawns even tough I enjoyed there is a spice in the sauce that made it slightly overpowering to me. Something different, not sure if I would have it again. The staff on duty were really attentive. Love seeing smiles on their faces. Makes a huge difference. Good attention to detail.

The food served quickly, staff are friendly, total contactless from order to bill payment over the website. The food is good but I must say I had even better Italian food. (It possibly could be my high expectations on the place considering its one of the big chain of Italian food).
