Lovely fish and chips, they'll do skin off fish if you ask too. First visit here and just as good as some of the best chippies I grew up near to in Scotland. Will definately be back :)

Always amazing food from Mark and Wenda, as usual. It's places like Regan's that makes me glad I live in Whitton, just a very solid fish and chip shop that never disappoints. Only current issue is my kids missing their chip lollipops which Wenda normally provides....boo Covid!

Today’s fish and chips was not good.. fish wasn’t crispy and fresh and as it was already cooked it was soggy and not nice at all. Chips too were not there usual fresh taste. Lots of fish sitting already cooked so no choice of getting anything fresh made as they want to seek what’s cooked first. This place is our usual Friday night takeaway and I’m always pleased but today it was not good. I understand they cook slot of food for high demand on Fridays and weekends and rugby days but quite weekdays should be cool to order... I don’t mind waiting 10/15 minutes for nice fresh crispy cod and chips. But woman said she wasn’t cooking anything else till precooked stuff doesn’t sell....usually it’s a five star but only 3 stars today...

Great quality. Best fish and chips in Twickenham area. Two things they can improve for an easy 5:1. Stop using the totally unnecessary polystyrene container. Just wrap the fish and chips up together in the paper. Partly mine and other customers fault for not speaking up. Will next time.2. Don't make customers with a "special" order queue 15 min to get to the front, and then another 15 for their burger or calamari, or anything else thats not cod. Take some orders from the queue.

I love the food at Regan's and a wait on a Friday night at a chippy is to be expected. But, often think as I'm queueing that there must be a much better way of serving so many people quicker and allowing for more complex orders (an order screen or screens by the door for example). The slow moving queue is the only reason I haven't given it 5 stars. Food is fab!

Best. Fish & chips. Ever. Delicious, fresh and well-priced. The guys that run it are always really friendly too. There can sometimes be a long queue but when you taste the food you understand why. They cook a lot of the time from fresh too.

Would have to be about the best or level best fish and chips of my life. if this restaurant/chip bar, was central San Francisco or Melbourne you would not be able to get in under 45 mins. Lucky it's a local place. Clean, swift and great quality.
