We wanted to try this restaurant for the first time. Worst idea ever!We ordered two starters and five different mains. We could say that the starters were fine (even if the squids were uncooked or not cooked enough).About mains: gnocchi were good, but I should say too much pepper in there.Risotto with fish was a total disaster! We ordered three risotto and in all those three plates fishes were raw/ uncooked with very poor quality. We complained about that and they remove those three risotto from the bill (but originally they included in the bill 4 risotto instead of 3).Location is nice, but staff and quality is negatively unbelievable.Ps: if you are Italian, Ristorante Sorrento is not for you!Dai un'occhiata un po più avanti!

Went to celebrate my daughters birthday Food was good as well as the atmosphere and they made it special by ringing the bell and singing happy birthday bringing out a piece of cake with her named piped on the plate Definitely recommend

We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday at Sorrento. The level of attention was amazing, Balloons and banners were on the table and the staff really did make it a special occasion.A fantastic time was had by all.And of course as usual the food was excellent.

A wonderful, romantic, cosy and intimate restaurant! A gorgeous gem in Twickenham!I went to this restaurant for dinner to try their Christmas menu after I saw it shared on social media. A really warm and friendly restaurant with lovely food & service. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with flowers and Christmas themed decorations.I ordered the steak for my main course and the portion was great!! Steak cooked just the way I like it too.For dessert I tried their Panama Cotta and it was yummy. Loved the fruit and raspberry sauce. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

Sorrento has quickly become one of mine and my boyfriends favorite restaurants to eat at in Twickenham. The atmosphere is super cozy, and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. It is also one of the few places that encourage you to stay for as long as you like and take your time, rather than feeling like you’re being rushed to get the next customers in. The food is incredibly reasonably priced for the portion sizes (I can never finish them) and quality (the food is amazing! I’ve been dreaming of their vanilla cheese cake since I had it! Definitely recommend). They do breakfasts, lunches and dinners all very good! It’s the perfect place to go when you fancy a cheap yet super tasty meal, snack or desert!
