SeVen in Richmond upon Thames

It was like walking into a wonder land. A beautiful culinary experience I never wanted to end. Steven Edwards is a genius and the wonderful team at Bingham Riverhouse make the experience even more special. Look forward to returning. Thank you!

Truly amazing food! We had the tasting menu and very single dish was delicious. Will be coming again, for sure!

Great location overlooking the river. We had the 7 dish taster menu and it was all fantastic! The service was also perfect, real attention to detail and I can highly recommend the experience.

Beautiful food, a little to rich for my palette, but I’m a simple man with simple tastes. The service was immaculate and the sommelier was a foot above the rest, would recommend!

AVOID BUSY DINNER SERVICEI'd have given 1* for this review if it hadnt been for the 10pm curfew, which may have influenced the service.The restaurant was quite packed and busy when we arrived. When our drinks order was taken we asked to have the wine pairing and some cocktails. We were told they needed to check with the Sommelier about the wine.Our delicious cocktails slowly arrived, dinner service started and we had just about finished the aperitifs when we were informed the Sommelier would not be able to provide a wine pairing - some 30 mins after asking.We were given some flimsy excuse about this being due to us not preordering the wine, but it was clear the Sommelier was simply too busy to even speak to us.This was a massive shame and really did ruin the evening for me - particularly as the food was excellent. Very inventive and well executed menu!At this price point I'd expect the restaurant to be adequately staffed for the bookings they have taken (we booked hours beforehand). I have given some leeway in my rating in case covid regulations have thrown them, but reading older reviews i feel it may not necessarily be the case.I'd be willing to try again, but only on a quieter night post covid or on a lunch service.

Warm welcome, great service, extremely high quality dishes, fairly priced and amazing ambience'n'atmosphere.Also have live music some nights, when I went Ella Maria was singing - very well might I say and truly matched the restaurant theme and made the night very special. Will return in the new year.

Had Sunday lunch for a birthday celebration and loved it. Food is very delicious and beautifully presented. The river views make it a nice setting (and the fact the food is so good makes it even better, as in my experience are that restaurants with a view don’t have that good food). Service was fabulous. All in all a wonderful place, especially for a celebration.

We went to Bingham for dinner on a Thursday night.There was a choice of a six course tastings menu or the a la carte menu. We opted for the a la carte menu because everything on it looked good.As starters we choose the wood pigeon and the goat cheese tortellini both were exceptional. While we were waiting for the starters we were given cheese profiterol as an amuse bouche.The main courses were Hake with olive oil mash and pork cheek with gratin potatoes again, both tasted wonderful and the presentation was exceptional.We shareda white chocolate pana cotta for dessert. Pana cotta is my favourite dessert and it was the best one I've ever had (and I've had a lot).The dinning area is beautiful with panoramic views over the Thames and the service was first class.I highly recommend the Bingham.

Very nice restaurant located just beside the Thames. Extraordinary quality of the foods with affordable price (three course dinner at £45, two course dinner at £37).

Fabulous Friday lunch with a friend. Got there early so we were lucky to get a table on the terrace outside. Wow what a view of the Thames - you could almost dip your toes in ! Food was incredible - fresher than fresh. We had the onglet and chilled pea soup with goats cheese to start and lamb dish and I had the raw asparagus and broad bean risotto. Had a similar one at Petersham nurseries recently but this one just pipped it to pole position. Couldn’t say no to dessert - rhubarb Eaton mess - why would you? Perfect lunch with great service and finished off listening to the saxophonist by Richmond bridge. I’ll definitely be back soon.
