Such lovely staff! Boonie and Nicoleta were such amazing staff! We were looked after so well, one of the most positive experiences I’ve had in Richmond. The staff were so efficient, attentive and so welcoming! We did the bottomless brunch as a group of three. The staff were so accommodating. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in Richmond, even London. If you are looking for a brunch with friends this is the best place!

Boonie was our server and was so lovely, she was very kind and attentive. The Manager behind the bar who took our order was also lovely.We ordered the shared chicken platter with plenty of selection as well as a cod and chips (which was unexpectedly massive) - not a complaint!Overall a lovely experience here!Thankyou for the service guys!

Lovely chilled atmosphere at brunch time. Diverse menu. Staff were super friendly and understanding when we asked for alternatives (thank you Niki!). Toilet is super clean. Overall great experience :)

We were served by Bonnie today, she was absolutely amazing and made our experience perfect. A valuable key asset to your team.She insured that we were well looked after and brought our orders out almost immediately and did this all with a big smile on her face.A very busy sunny day, especially on a weekend and cannot thank her enough.Once again thank you very much, we will see you very soon again.

What a great lunch we had today, service was amazing and Magda and her team couldn’t have been more friendly and attentive during the whole time we were here. The restaurant was very busy, which made their detail to attention even more surprising. You should be very proud to have this lovely team as your employees. Great ambassadors for your brand. Visited the slug & lettuce in richmond for a joint birthday brunch for 15 people. Booking was straight forward and we were able to be all seated together. Although we booked for 15, there was someone that we wished to add on last minute but the venue refused to accommodate even though there was seating available and the additional person would be paying as everyone else was. After numerous complaints the staff agreed to allow the additional person to stay but made it clear that they werent happy. I paid a deposit for the brunch and then a separate one for the drinks reservation after the brunch however i did not get my deposit back for the drinks and had to call the customer service team to get reimbursed which was very inconvenient. I would however say that we were served by a lovely gentleman throughout our visit who was lovely and very attentive; definitely an asset to company. Food was lovely and a good portion for what was included in the price but not sure that we would return due to how rude the bar manager was and the overall experience.

The time limit is alright not that great, I get it. Pre booking is also again not that great. But omg! The drinks never fail to impress! Always been my go to place for amazing cocktails. Friendly reminder to download the app before you go there
