Lovely staff coffee and munchies would have been better if toilets were avalable

Consistently the worst coffee around. Really nice staff but the beverage is undrinkable.

Was surprised at how busy it was from the moment we arrived. The que was quite long although the staff took the orders fairly quick and kept things moving.Social distancing was on point so nothing to worry about there as most people had masks on.The prices are reasonable and the coffee was just great as we spent quite abit of time there so plenty of drinks to keep warm during this wintery weather.Staff were very helpful. Great location for the store and plenty seating which is great. Would highly recommend this branch.

Coffee is fine, nicely priced! The place is very clean and any lines move efficiently, however, the staff can be condescending when asked to explain menu items and cookies taste stale and dry :/ disappointing really :(

Great location near the station and despise this it still usually has a few free seats. The barristas are amazingly nice and quite quick. They also accommodate to pretty much any order request you have wether it's standard or really random and customised. Would definitely recommend it.

Nice Starbucks tight opposite Richmond station. Shame they don't have a back entrance. We were unlucky a delivery arrived so was a bit noisy. I'm sure this was a one off as the staff were super helpful and the BBB sofas were comfy

Corporate needs to get over there. First off, the barista poured the hot shots OVER my iced drink. So, the entire top of my drink was basically an Americano over milk. NOT a latte. So I had her make it again, and went to put some milk in it, because I like a weak latte, but BOTH their milk canisters were empty. I needed a napkin, and no napkins!!!My friend asked for a London Fog, and they didn't know what it was. So she asked for an Earl Grey latte and they gave her PLAIN BLACK TEA. I also asked for my bottle to be filled w/ ice water, and I guess they think 'ice' means an ice cube? I know Europe doesn't think the same of ice as we do in the US, but does this look like there's a single piece of ice in the water?!Not Starbucks standards =/
