Sushi Manga in Richmond upon Thames

For some reason the sushi smelt like eggs and had white tiny worms wriggling around in it. My Ramen started to move on its own. I’ve been sick for a month now. Would not recommend

Wonderful restaurant that i would recommend to anyone its a hidden gem. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Food was made fresh and the chicken katsu curry was to die for. The sushi was the best ive ever eaten and presented wonderfully!! The prices are very well put and reasonable. 10/10 will be becoming a regular customer here for sure!

Amazing food, amazing place. Been at the place and ordered many times due to delightful food there. The place is bit small but it's comfortable and people there are very nice and welcoming. Will recommend 😀

So i was walking home from the bus stop and i saw this little sushi place, as a man who likes the food i went in there. my fish was raw and the staff were laughing about my stutter. i took the rest home and gave it to my son and now he has become a vegan becuase of this food.

This is a disgrace to Japanese food and culture. The food came soggy and tasteless. The rice in the sushi was stale, The chicken katsu was burnt and rubbery and the curry spilt everywhere. I once entered the establishment and all the staff were quite rude and it seemed poorly managed. Like i said before the place is a disgrace and should be scrubbed of Whitton totally.

Ordered twice via Uber eats. They make good katsu curry and ramen but will not recommend sushi from here. Last time dragon roll sushi wasn’t that great and second time salmon avocado sushi was off. I called and spoke with Lin who couldn’t do much about it. No more sushi from sushi manga for us.

This place was my go to but unfortunately I will no order from them. I used to love their sushi’s and how great value for money they were. But now fully overpriced and the sushi’s are tasteless and rice is stale and last 2 orders came without soy sauce. It’s not worth it

Take away experience, please read the WHOLE review.Well, this is a tough one. Sushi is one of my favourites, so I got very excited finding out about this restaurant. Ordered through the UberEats, there was a strange (and previously mentioned) service fee, but I suppose that belongs to the UberEats, not Sushi Manga Whitton.Food. It arrived on time, room temperature. It was very obvious that the chef has put too much effort into making the sushi fast, rather than make it look appealing. Maki were disproportionate, slightly loose, salad looked a bit aged. Avocado maki had too much avocado in and it was just way too ripe. The food arrived without the chopsticks even though I ordered some, but this could be UberEats fault,as the restaurant receipt says "disposable items:no". Naturally that is enough for someone to be put off.HOWEVER(apart from avocado maki) the sushi was dDELICIOUS, definitely freshly made from good ingredients and I was overall satisfied with the taste. I would recommend this restaurant to someone, who likes good sushi but is not very fussed about it's appearance.
