Great place to end the day after Kew Gardens, right on station so you don't miss the train ha. Friendly staff and nice outside eating/drinking area. Didn't have any food but looked good coming out.

This is one of my favourite pubs in Richmond and Kew. Lived here for over 5 years and never had such good service as I have had from the staff - especially Alfie..!!! Extremely accommodating - no matter how busy the pub is, great service, warm and friendly atmosphere which I’ve watched Alfie use his charm and charisma with all the customers, I also need to add.. Alfie makes the best Bloody Mary I have ever had..!!!If you are passing this pub I would highly recommended to stop by. Alfie has always made sure drinks have been accustomed to my preference and even gone the extra step to ensure he delivers the best service with a smile. When I have had family visiting he has always made them feel welcome - all ages. This Mothering Sunday Alfie made sure all mothers had a gift - He even treated my mum to a gift for Mother’s Day. Valued member of this team!

Had lunch today with friends at this lovely Kew pub, and had a fantastic time.I had the Sunday roast beef which was delicious: plentiful, nicely roasted potatoes, a large selection of veggies (cheesy cauliflower and red cabbage were superb), fluffy Yorkshire pudding with lots of gravy. My friend had the fish and chips and it looked wonderful, as indeed it was. The staff were exceptionally good, charming, funny and very efficient. The bar area and restaurant were very attractive and welcoming.

Lovely pub, basically inside the tube station. Kew is a great area, lovely outdoor seating area. This one's a keeper for the pub list.

It was a great spot for lunch. Good food and quick and professional service. We had a salmon sandwich and chips, a burger and a celeriac bourguignon as well as mezze to share. Very conveniently located and a good place to eat before visiting Kew Gardens.

Former station waiting rooms turned into smart pub and eatery. Enjoy a drink or meal watching the trains go by, or outside on the patio it’s the planes coming in to land at Heathrow. A transport-spotters paradise!

We didn't have a reservation but we're accommodated well, food was good and service was even better, well priced too.

We stopped in for a pint on the way home from Kew Gardens. Lovely beer garden, comfy seats, good service. We stayed for dinner. Came out quickly, tasted great! Will definitely be back!
