The Bloated Mallard in Richmond upon Thames

Place was empty when I arrived. I had a Vegan burger and chips, ordered and served from the cooking area on the way to the garden. Back to the bar to order a drink. Ate in the sunny and empty garden. Place looks a little warn, a nit of paint would cheer up the garden.

Simple local pub, no cocktails. Good burger place inside and tucked away garden. Missing the live music element. Done well to survive lockdown, might need some creative ideas to cheer it up

The kitchen produced food that was great, and good value. But the bar was damn expensive and has poor customer service.

Nice pub and garden. Only 3 choices of food but they said menu was increasing the following week. My main meal was good value but found just 6 small bowls of chips expensive but food and service was good

Take away available due to the corona... This pub is serving. Great Italian food. Pizza is delicious. Thin like the proper Italian.. Great menu

5 stars for being a good, reliable local pub. The atmosphere can range from being young trendy to middle aged football lovers. They do have screens here and ample seating. Thursdays and weekends can be busy here but never too busy to enjoy a drink. This place normally comes to mind when I think of a local pint even though this isn't the closest pub to me.
