The Fallow Deer in Richmond upon Thames

Always excellent food and wonderful service from this little gem in Teddington. I've never had a bad dish, but I'd highly recommend the Greek eggs and the fish finger sandwich!

Visited for brunch and it was absolutely lovely. Friendly staff, delicious coffee and a great atmosphere. Had the banana bread and it was absolutely incredible. Will be coming back just to have it again!

I went here for brunch with my family on a Monday morning. We had the Breakfast Bap and Greek Eggs with a pot of English Breakfast tea. The food was excellent. Good quality and plenty of it. The staff were lovely and looked after us very well. The prices were very reasonable. I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend the Fallow Deer.

Really poor service! We go to this cafe frequently and the service you receive is a mixed bag. We sat outside waiting to be served for 1h and 20 minutes. Watched over 5 tables receiving their food although they came in after us. Went to speak to staff couple of times and no apology received. We had a baby with us and needed to go, so asked them to pack our food into take away box. It took another 15 minutes to do this. One server said that they will deduct a coffee off the price, but when it came to payment nothing was deducted. Quite rude, came out and just stated the price to pay, no apology received. Not sure if we will be back. Real shame.

Delicious brunch, nice coffee, and extremely friendly service! The cafe is dog friendly which was an added bonus as we spotted lots of lovely dogs which we were there!

Absolutely great breakfast foods. Very much a hipster vibe. Offer a wide selection of Kombucha as well as turmeric lattes, also dog friendly. I had the fallow deer breakfast twice during my 4-day stay. So yeah I liked it. Also great gluten-free options.

Popped into the Fallow Deer for lunch and it was fantastic. Great service from the start. I had a mouth watering pear & walnut salad. Their coffee is a must. And I also bought some of the coffee beans to take home it was that good.
