The Glasshouse in Richmond upon Thames

Been here 3 times, finally decided to write a review. The menu was different every time, and the dishes were really nice and delicious:)

Such a hidden gem in Kew. Absolutely loved it. Dining experience was so relaxed. Friendly staff. Lots of places you try and never go again despite how nice they were. However this place has that wow factor that would bring me back for each new menu.

Went here for lunch today and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was beyond amazing, I had the frois grais with brioche to start which was divine, the pork cheek for main and the chocolate Tarte for desert. Every course was absolutely delicious as was the champagne. I also loved that although every table was occupied, it was a nice relaxed environment. There is also a car park immediately outside which was convenient as we travelled from over an hour away. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. We will definitely be returning again.

Right next to the kew garden station this extraordinary restaurant, it was a very pleasant experience, the food was out of this world, the service and staff are super nice. we have a great experience, food quality is outstanding. my salut to the chef and his team for adding smile to me and to my love

We celebrated a birthday here last Thursday enjoying the three course lunch offered. The food was superb! Every dish served was attractively presented, wonderfully colourful and delicious. The servings were well portioned and left us extremely satisfied after every course. The service was attentive, but not intrusive. The decor and chairs felt a bit dated, but if you are there for the food then this is a minor point to note. Highly recommended.

Excellent as per usual! Food very tasty. Scallops and halibut sashami was very good! The Cod and version mains were delicious!

Loved it. Couldn't believe it has a Michelin star considering how relaxed it was - nothing pretentious. £70 for a 3 course dinner and reasonably priced wine (from £30 a bottle) seems like good value compared to other Michelin venues 👌

Memorable experience all around. Service was exceptional and every dish was loved. The figs w/ cinnamon ice cream and a hazelnut financier was hands down the best dessert I’ve ever had.

Absolutely superb. Nice bright and airy dining room. Friendly, professional staff and the food was lovely. My Wife and I enjoyed every bite.

We had sea bass ceviche and chilled ajo blanco for starters, hand rolled pappardelle and Iberico pork cheek for mains, and passion fruit bar and blackcurrant leaf ice cream for dessert. The starters and desserts were outstanding.The mood is casual and relaxing so you can enjoy the food. Some of the staff members seemed a bit cool, but the waitress who served us was helpful and cheerful. Will definitely visit again and try some more of their wine!
