·

Nice seating area and friendly staff. Hot chocolate and almond cake was horrible as it was so sweet and didn't taste nice. Parking available and about a 15 minute walk from Hampton gate.

·

Nice atmosphere, good staff work but unfortunately burgers (both chicken and beef) are not their repertoire Cost performance isn't quite there.

My family and I went for coffee and food inside at the cafe on Sunday. While my husband queued I sat down at one of the many empty tables. It was one of two adjacent tables, with no one there. One was piled high with belongings so I sat at the other. After five minutes a woman rudely told me to move as she had 'reserved both tables.' I refused but after suffering considerable abuse from her and her partner, I was forced to move. My husband asked for the manager but she did not come. Others arrived at the table and all started a picnic of their own food, not a bought item in sight. We asked for the manager again and she finally arrived and told them they were not allowed to eat their own food on cafe tables. The party ignored her and stayed put.The management needs to deal more effectively with such 'entitled millenials' if they don't want to lose the patronage of regular older paying customers such as us. The lack of any real support from the manager has left a nasty taste.

Horse carriage ride on a Winters morning! Perfect! Mulled wine, pastries, moody skies and gorgeous shire horses. A fab little treat!

·

A pleasant café in beautiful surroundings in the Woodland Garden at Richmond Park.Service is friendly and efficient. When you order you are given a contraption that flashes and buzzes when your meal is ready.I take my breakfast here whenever I take a morning walk in the Park.

·

Lovely coffee, friendly staff, would be good if they could offer a range of gluten free options, tgey did have chocolate brownie, which was lovely but it's nice to have a choice sometimes.

·

Really great little cafe. Can be long queues and there's toilets and baby change outside of the restaurant area. Masks are recommended. Staff are quick, friendly and professional.Baby high chairs are available. Hot food available throughout the day. There are notices around asking you to not feed the animals but many do.

For a chilly March Lockdown Friday (and my first visit) this was a great experience even in a mask! Can’t wait to return post pandemic.

Great coffee lovely views in the middle of Bushy Park. There is car parking a great place to park up and walk the dogs followed by a snack and a coffee or tea. They have a large inside warm area for the cooler days and lots of great outside space for the warmer days. A lovely Royal Park well worth a visit.
