Tortilla in Richmond upon Thames

Food was good. Beer was warm and they only had two choices. I asked for tequila and the young woman behind the counter didn't know what it was. Service was definitely not state of the art in general. Shame really, because it could be so much more 😪

Honestly the best experience yet, it was a late Friday evening so a little busy and I was a bit hungry so popped into this branch. There was a few people ahead of me but I still felt it was quicker than some of the competitors (M, K, BK, S) the staff were very friendly and helpful explaining all the options. The food itself was great, filling and tasteful. Will definitely be returning purely based on how the staff on shift at the time made me feel welcomed and like I was in a comfortable environment, the manager mostly but the others including trainee were extremely helpful.

Delicious food and most important very friendly staff! I was having a hard day and the staff made my day. They were very very nice and even though they had plenty of orders, they got to mine very fast. I had an amazing experience and truly recommend it! ❤️

I would say "poor service" but that would imply there was an level of service to begin with. We waited 10 minutes in which the 2 serving staff made other people's orders (a total of 2 orders , half or which then spend running back and fourth for no discernible reason ), it was not busy and no one was in line in front of us. It shouldn't have taken that long for what is supposed to be a fast food place. We walked out in the end.

Chicken burrito? More like, missing the heat tho! Crazy how they put every Deliveroo driver before queuing walk in customers… me and 5 others watched our half made lunches get cold on the side whilst the staff scrambled to fill the orders for every Deliveroo driver that walked in even after me. ! And the funny thing is, If I ordered on Deliveroo, I could complain and get my money back! Jokers.

What a difference at Richmond Tortilla compared to the abysmal Kingston branch! Very friendly and happy staff, enjoying their job! Good size portions, playing Prince on the speakers was a bonus!

Staff are extremely uninterested. They seem unhappy to work. We ordered "tres tacos", it was funny that they didn't want to put the ingredients in it, it was so little and unequal. I don't plan to come again.

We ordered 2 x 3 chicken Tacos for delivery. Pretty appalling, barely any chicken or filling -slopped all through the inside of the container.

Incredibly poor service. Girl who served me failed to make the correct food (I requested vegan and was then given real cheese). She then failed to take my payment and I had to remind her myself. While a mistake is fine, she doubled down on it and when asked if the food was vegan said yes, despite the fact she had put the same cheese on my girlfriends non-vegan burrito a moment earlier. She pulled faces and had attitude the entire time of remaking the food, which she then stuffed into a box which still contained the remaining original food she made. Clearly this store do not take people's dietary requirements seriously.

Ordered a spicy veggie burrito with all the trimmings. Impressive portion sizes with a good choice. The only problem was that when I went to pay it was card only. I didn't spot a sign stating "no cash" The food was okay, but a little soggy
