TW2 Pizza in Richmond upon Thames

Don't know what the food is like because can't seem to get served.Finished work late last night.Bit of a walk to get the night bus.Couldn't go in because there was 2 people in there waiting to be served and 2 delivery drivers waiting on orders.Went for a walk around the block (10 mins)Only one of the delivery drivers had left.Went for another walk in a different direction (10-15 mins)When I got back there the shutter was down.Something similar happened about a month ago.On the bus home, I messaged a friend we've made a £20 bet that I won't get served next time I go there.Feeling pretty confident about this.

Absolutely horrible customer service- nearly 2 hours late for delivery! Could not even appropriately state the final price over the phone! Charged more in person! Cold and hard pizza and chips! Not buying from here again do not recommend!

Bought the big deal 4,Got to be honest it was amazing. Pizza tasted very good and the guests in my house liked it. Also it was very warm and it was fresh, great price. Also ordered 4 portion of chips the price of it was £1.99 per portion and we all enjoyed it. Overall this shop is a amazing place to order from and its very cheap food and its very tasty so order from him!!!5 star for sure

The pizza tasted good.The driver and the restaurant adhered to my note. Some eateries fail to do thisI do not mind paying the service charge, which is not much, for a tasty pizza.I know it is the norm for pizza eateries to only include one dip in the order, maybe 1 or 2 extra dips can be put in the order for free, according to the size of the pizza. This is because people like me may not prefer to consume the pizza without a dip.maybe one could say that the price for the Coca Cola is a bit expensive.Will consider ordering agin from this when in the mood for a pizza.

We ordered from them once a few months ago just because they were the only ones open till late. From then on we have only ordered from them as the quality, taste and portions did not disappoint. Never had any complaints. The standard of their food and service has been consistent throughout.
