Not as good, our steak dish was medium instead of med/rare very chewy. I've always said Richmond is the best until this meal. Kingston is my first choice now. They were very very busy owing to Mother's day.

Had a lovely experience at Wagamama thanks to our fantastic waitress Anna. She went above and beyond to accommodate for mine and my family's needs. She confidently explained any doubts or queries we had about the menu and was very attentive to all the special requests and changes we made to our order. Anna was super smiley and kind and just a wonderful employee all round, I hope her hard work and kindness is really appreciated and recognised within the company. Best experience we've ever had at Wagamama, we'll be back for sure and that is thanks to her! The Vegan menu at Wagamama is absolutely incredible, you must try!

Silken tofu ramen and vegan "squid" were really tasty! Not authentic Japanese food by any means but still tasty and quick service.

I haven't visited for a while, there are some new things in the menu but I decided to stick with my usual. had the chicken katsu curry always delicious, the spicy squid - definitely worth getting, they have a vegan version I haven't tried, and chicken gyoza which wasn't very good and inprob won't get it again. I tried one of the fresh juices I think it was power or energy - it was room temp, it would have been nicer with ice or if it was colder. The staff here are very friendly and chatty.

We were served by Azeem and he gave us an amazing service. He recommended us the banana katsu which was out of this world. He was so kind and fabulous with the kids, overall a lovely server.

Firstly, excellent customer service. Not sure what the lady’s name was, she has bright red hair. But her customer service was nothing short of outstanding. Despite being short-staffed and extremely busy this bank holiday, she was attentive, kind and very helpful. The manager should be proud to have this member of staff as she clearly has exceptional leadership skills and customer skills!Secondly, the food was beyond brilliant. Our first time trying the restaurant and I must say I really enjoyed it!

My whole bench and row of people had to wait way 1.5 hours for our food and it was cold. Waiting staff did nothing about it and just conversed with themselves. It was busy but don't seat people if you can't provide them with the same standard of service.

I am normally a big Waga fan but this was an awful experience. We were left waiting on the steps nearly 10 minutes, there was clearly space as people left during this time but no one acknowledged we were there. The front of house was too busy dealing with Deliveroo orders and when we finally got her attention we were told it would be a 10min wait.Very disappointing when we were hoping for a speedy early dinner

The food looks good, the staff is very nice, the prices are average and the portions are generous. As for the flavor, not very good and not very authentic. In my opinion it is much better Duck Duck Goose in London.

Service was brilliant but also mainly because the restaurant wasnt really full due to covid. Screen partitions put up in between tables to help social distancing. Still giving paper menus and taking orders in person but pay via the website on your phone. Food was still great as ever and came relatively quickly at the same time
