Zizzi - Hampton Court in Richmond upon Thames

Very delicious starter and main very filling. Polite and kind staff, just a bit loud.

I really fan of Zizzi restaurant. Specially rustic pizza and pasta. BUT this branch in Hampton, I experienced the worst service and food. Welcome staff was not friendly and seems like not enjoy work. An food standard was poor. I asked there are too much burned pizza, and staff said it’s because of dough is thin. It’s ok but no say sorry. I would not come back.

This is local to us and we went for an early dinner with various family members and kids. 10 of us in all. Our waitress was very patient and efficient. Kids menu is great and garlic bread, pizzas all fabulous. I had spaghetti Bolognese and waitress offered as much parmesan as I wanted. I love that sort of thing. We had a brilliant time.

We had a lovely lunch here (Hampton Court branch) on sat 5th Feb. The lady who greeted us at the door and sat us was lovely. The tall young man who served our table was very sweet and helpful too.The food was delicious and hot. My husband's pizza was huge! I can recommend the lasagne too. My favourite was definitely the pina colada sundae for dessert (pictured).Perfect family lunch on a rare Saturday all together, thank you!

had a good visit here, the portions were big and the staff were friendly! fast service even thought it was a bit busy. the food was tasty and the environment was nice!

Good pizza and a rather large portion for the price. My only complaint is that the service was a little slow, but they were practically at full capacity when we visited so it’s understandable!

Had a great night at Zizzi as always at Hampton Court. This dinner was our favourite trip and our waitress/server Amy was brilliant. Super helpful and friendly, helped with vouchers and checked up to see how we were doing, I hope the Zizzi team know what a credit she is.We felt spaced out and safe, the staff were cleaning very well and this was comforting.The Chorizo carbonara was delicious as was my Passion Fruitini! We will be back very soon!

Had a great visit here! Visited with a large group which is never easy. We were looked after by Linda. She was absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very attentive and patient with us. Very happy with how we were looked after by Linda (what a star)! Food was fairly good to, everything came out hot and tasty. Menu was better then expected aswell, lots of good options. As it was a birthday gathering the birthday girl got bubbles and a main on the house. Will definitely be returning here.
