The seafood platter for two was excellent. Really enjoyed the flavours and was cooked perfectly. They supply the tools to crack open the lobster claws, however it seemed to be cracked already making it easy to open and get the meat out, which was great. There is allot of fish meat from the scallops to prawns that also seemed to be semi peeled. So eating this meal was not messy and very enjoyable and made the experience even more enjoyable. The service was good and would highly recommend.

Fantastic! The small team at Applebee’s work really hard and we had a superb meal and drinks here enjoying the pleasant ambiance.Food was delicious - tasty, well cooked and high standard in quality of fish. Great margarita too!Definitely recommend. We ate at 6pm on a Saturday and the place was just getting nicely busy.

Decided to give this place a try while looking for a decent fish and chips near Borough Market. The menu is changing daily which is quite a good sign. I was very impressed by the menu and will definitely need to come back to try the rest. We settled for the scallops with pulled pork for starters, as well as the tiger prawns. The scallops were perfectly cooked. Preferred the scallops over the prawns. Regarding the main, we went for the fish and chips. It was good. The batter was tasty, not too oily, and the fish tasted really fresh. I'm usually not a big fan of mushy peas but loved them. Compared to Rock and Sole Plaice, personal preference would be for the later, but Applebee's is definitely a good option, and I would come back.

Had a wonderful dinner here! The staff was absolutely professional and friendly, food is fresh and delicious too. The price can be slightly more affordable (hence 4 stars), but will come back for another meal to test out the menu.

Second time visit after a few years…… this time we tried the restaurant itself (not then food stand). Love it! The tuna tartare was amazing, mussels were very fresh, and we really like the pasta :) they also offer smaller sized fish and chips for the children, it was just perfect :)

The food was absolutely delicious well presented with knowledgeable staff who knew what each dish consisted of with recommendations from their personal experiences. Was seated promptly even though we was late but still in our 15min grace period of our booking. We shall return in the near future

Best Seafood place in London!! Everything is so delicious! And great outdoor seating with brilliant heaters for pandemic times. The tables inside are also separated by a clear partition.Everything from the food we ordered, wine, pudding to service was excellent. I ordered a wild turbot which was fantastic and my support bubble friend ordered grilled fish and chorizo skewers and they were both extremely well presented, flavoured and cooked. Will definitely go again.--- Since this first review I've been to Applebee's four times in 6 months. Every time it doesn't disappoint!♥️ Loved and would recommend:- The oysters (super fresh)- Scallop starter- Crab Croquettes- Wild Turbot- Tuna Steak- Seabass main- Moules Marinières (best in London)- the Crème Brûlée- the Chocolate & Hazelnut cheesecake

A lovely place to eat fresh seafood. The oysters were absolutely delicious, so fresh I was able to devour 4 in a row! The flesh was buttery and refreshing.Prices are slightly dear, however this is what you need to expect location wise, and to be honest.. I would rather pay more for higher quality seafood. I was told they were caught that morning from Ireland, to me that's a real treat! There is also a lot of competition due to the seafood in Borough market.Well done team at Stoney Street! Will certainly return.

It's good to be dining in restaurants again. However it is of course currently outdoor only at the moment. There is a canopy and heaters. The food is beautifully presented and tastes just as good. Even though it is a fish restaurant, the dish that really stood out for me was the chocolate cheesecake with a hazelnut granola topping. It a perfect mixture of sweet and creamy, soft and nutty. One thing to be alert to is a few items on the menu includes pork so there are not as many pescaterian choices as you might think.
