Boro Bistro in Southwark

Great small plates for sharing and excellent value. Staff very attentive and recommended dishes. The toilets are also worth a visit... you'll see what I mean!

Like it in here… big fan of the Espresso Martinis and the food options are great. Also (bit of trivia for you) the only time I have ever had a spicy pardon pepper was in here!!Great outside area… it’s even decent when the weather turns!!! Service is great, very friendly and up for a laugh and a joke!! One of Borough Markets best places to try (although they prob don’t count themselves as part of the market)…

Incredibly tasty food and friendly staff. We had 7 items and was enough for the of us. Good wine selection too and you can very much arrive just for drinks.

Went to Boro Bistro last weekend, didn’t make a booking but they somehow fitted us in the garden, the vibe was immaculate and the servers were excellent. The beef onglet and chargrilled lamb was superb and dishes I highly recommend. Will definitely be back for more.

The highly reccommend cocktail was very disappointing and when I advised the staff how disappointing it was, despite the very high bill in the end. They refused to take deduct the bill for the cost of the two cocktails.My consumer rights would suggest that I was within my rights not to pay. I am a strong advocate of giving good praise and reviews (please feel free to view my history). However, my experience of Boro Bistro feel massively short.Very disappointing

A wonderful lunchtime meal, french style tapas, lovely rose wine and cheeky decor. Boro Bistro is a a feast for the eyes and your hunger. Tucked away just under London bridge its a gem that you should visit.

I went twice in two weeks. First time was initially for drinks but we ended up drinking quite a bit and had to line our stomachs with the very tempting desserts which were top notch. The next time was by reservation where we had wine and food. I recommend the wine, beers, cheese and desserts. The other foods we ordered weren’t that great tbh but we really like the music, atmosphere, eclectic crowd, the space and the staff.

Lovely little gem of a hideaway just off borough market. The staff are very friendly and the food and drinks well priced and delicious. Quite a surprise inside with an eclectic interior that could double as a cool museum. It’s french inspired interior and food. Good prices for the area. Very chill place to meet up with friends.

Everything was amazing. The food was beautiful, the atmosphere, the drinks, the music all came together to create a gorgeous evening. The help from Denis who served me was incredible, really helpful with my food allergy, being very considerate and mindful. He was always ready to do extra things to make my night better

I loved this restaurant! The atmosphere is so nice, 100% French style. The staff is super cool, friendly and very attentive and the food delicious. I definitely recommend it. I can't wait to come back!
