Amazing service. Great food and atmosphere. Special thanks to Petro. Extra pro, delivering very personalized service!

I went in December and I was so impressed about the quality, in particular how delicious the linguine allo scoglio was. I went Today to repeat despite the expensive price, but it was absolutely disappointing, awful, cold, terrible. I must admit that the service continues good, but the food is now dramatically bad.

I don't understand why this place has good reviews. We were totally disappointed with the experience. First the good bits... the arancini and bread was delicious. The location is very nice. The service was so poor. We had the most unfriendly waitress who made us feel uncomfortable and awkward the whole time we were there. She failed to get a drink we requested and seemed to have an attitude the whole time until it came to paying. We really wanted to remove service charge but being awkwardly British we couldn't be bothered with the hassle of getting this removed. The three mains we had were very average, we all felt we could have made something better ourselves at home and the food is expensive because of the location. The tagliatelle did not look nice and tasted extremely average. Perhaps if we had a different server we would have at least had a nice experience.

First dinner me and my family had in London after traveling from the US. The atmosphere was great and we received phenomenal service from Daniel. The specials were amazingly fresh and delicious, as well as the regular menu items we ordered! The caramel apple pie dessert was also incredible! Thank you to Daniel and the rest of the staff for an amazing meal and experience!

Excellent food and excellent service. Our original reservation was with the sister restaurant that flooded in the bad weather, the booking was rearranged for us and a complimentary drink provided as an apology. Only reason not a five star review was the menu was quite limited and we had children with us. Would recommend and return (but without the children next time).

Fairly slow food service, but very nice and friendly people. Tasty Italian food, nice seasonal and authentic menu, good vibe (although very noisy place), fair prices.

On a recent visit from Liverpool to London we found this absolute gem of a place, beautiful location, we sat out on the terrace with the perfect view of the Tower Bridge. The food was amazing, the Burrata salad to start was so fresh, my husband got the Arancini with black truffle, these were the best Arancini we have tasted. We went for the Carbonara for 2 which came in a huge cheese wheel, it was then served up to us by the waiter after being tossed through all of the cheese, again, absolutely amazing. Our son went for the gnocci in truffle butter, this too was the best gnocci we have had (We obviously all had to taste each others food πŸ˜‹) We will certainly be returning to this place on our next trip to London.

Friendly staff and great location in the heart of Shad Thames / Butler's Wharf. The Italian menu is limited, but that's a good thing as so many restaurants feel the need to cram way too many options on the menu. Keeping it simple means more attention to better quality food - and the food at Cantina Del Ponte is fabulous; light and fresh and incredibly flavoursome.Ours was accompanied by a bottle of Gavi, a classic Italian wine that it's hard to go wrong with. All in all a great location for excellent food and lovely waiting staff. Highly recommended and somewhere we will definitely be returning to.
