I am in love with this restaurant. It’s really is a french brassiere akin to what you would find in Paris. I’ve been looking for a place like this in London for some time. Excellent Onglet and gratin. The chocolate pudding was so delicate and not too sweet. The house wine is a strong budget option and the people who own/run the restaurant are extremely charming and helpful. I can’t recommend it enough. For 2 of us with 2 mains, 2 desserts and a bottle of wine it was circa £80 with an additional tip on top of the 12.5%. For the quality and service I thought this was great value for money in London. Also I enjoyed not being rushed- so you know it’s really a French place.

Absolutely beautiful French bistro. Excellent food and fantastic wine. Honestly, close your eyes and you would think you were in Paris. The service is so friendly - just let the waiter choose your wine!Highly recommend the onion soup and the beef wellington. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic restaurant, will not let you down! The menu is small, typically consists of 3 options of starters, mains and desserts but it changes daily. Whichever option you pick, I guarantee that it will be delightful. Staff is very friendly and service is also on point. Highly recommend.

Every time we go there, we come back with a warm memory. Food is consistently amazing: genuinely truly authentically honest French food, and you almost forget you are on Bermondsey street: nostalgia of Paris! If you feel like you need a bistro experience, this place is the place to be!

What a excellent restaurant, great service and with a smile, the food, wow, the food was outstanding, a simple short menu, 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 deserts, we tried them all and we were not disappointed. Give it a go. The house wines are excellent as well!😂😀👍

Lovely little bistro serving really, really good French food. A tad pricey for a bistro, but we are in central London after all. The Wellington was superb and clearly a hit as the table of 5 near us all ordered it. I had the cassoulet which was the perfectly warming winter meal that I wanted with lots of flavour and a nice selection of meats. I'll definitely be back. Especially to try the entrees and desserts!

Absolutely incredible! My new favourite place in London. Everything about the meal was perfect- the atmosphere, service and most importantly, the food. Just gorgeous! Can’t wait to go back!

The starters were super fresh and love how the snail was incorporated into pastry. They change the menu every day so be sure to follow their Twitter! For starters- whelks and snail; very good, good value and tasted delicious!!For mains- duck breast and some veggies, this was good, the portion of duck was great but the vegetables and sauce was extremely salty.. maybe ask for less salt when you orderThe service was brilliant, we were well looked after. Will definitely come back to try the beef wellington

Brilliant french Bistrot : I thought I was in Paris!!The food was excellent, I particularly liked the "never the same menu" concept, which gives you the chance to try something new every time. They have a nice selection of original french wines. The only challenge is the booking, the restaurant is small (and cosy) and very demanded so better book at least 2 weeks in advance.
