"You've reached the home of deliciously authentic and fabulously fresh Turkish dining in South London. Here at Fes our staff have almost 20 years’ experience of recreating the mouth-watering dishes that we first tasted in our grandparents kitchen in the Mediterranean region of Turkey. We have borrowed our families traditional recipes and used them as inspiration to create the menus for our much loved and acclaimed restaurant in South London. From succulent kebabs and a huge array of meat dishes to freshly caught seafood and wide selection of authentic appetisers. We are still family owned, and as is the Turkish way, hospitality is everything. A warm welcome awaits you when you visit our restaurant."

This is the Rarest Of the Rare Turkish Restaurant in London that serves food that is sooo well done that you cannot get the taste out of your mind. I never tasted Chicken that was Soo soo well cooked, We ordered Chick SHEESH & Casaroul with Houmous... we are still drilling over it a night after.I cannot rate this place less than 5 Stars for their Service, Taste, Quality and a must visit in London Borough Market for a Good Tasty Turkish food. Liked ambiance, great place to go in group, Serving team are very welcoming.

I went there for my 23rd Birthday, a momentous occasion. I wanted to find a nice restaurant in Central London with a formal ish but fun and vibrant vibe, so I thought to go to Tas Borough. And it did not disappoint. At all. It was such an amazing experience. I came with 25 other people and they accommodated us incredibly. The Manager Ozgu was so friendly and made an exceptional effort so we all could enjoy. Having booked, we placed our orders in advance and the service was so smooth and timely. To accommodate 26 people on the door in Central London is unheard of. Then, there’s the food. It was all amazing. So tasty and prepared proper traditionally. We brought a cake along with us and the wonderful staff provided candles, made a live performer sing Happy Birthday to me for which I was overwhelmed with happiness. 10/10, would recommend to anyone and everyone!

The only reason I am giving this 3 stars is because of the customer service received. The Hummus we ordered was tasteless and very running. The cous cous served with my mixed grill was stone cold, and when heated up it in the microwave was like rubber. My friend ordered the lamb casserole about half of the portion was packed out with big chunks bread. They did take off the service charge and the price of a mushroom dish...So disappointing as the place looks lovely, but their chefs left the place down

We got a take away and it was ok. Nothing was amazing but nothing was bad. Not worth the price we paid. The hummus had a weird texture. It felt like toothpaste. Very strange. I liked the boerek.

The starters were ok. I found the complimentary yoghurt dip more flavourful than the hummus, although the bread was nice, warm and fresh. We enjoyed the mains and the accompanying chilli sauce, a more varied salad would've been nice. Customer service was A1.

The food tasted good however portions were tinier than tiny. Prices were expensive but I do understand as it is in London Bridge. But typically when you go to a Turkish restaurant you do expect some meze, salad and bread which we had nothing given here. I have eaten at tas a few times for lunch which is not too bad but the dinner needs looking into.

From the outside didn’t look that impressive, but when you go inside it’s huge and they have live music, which makes it the perfect place to entertain people and hangout after a long day at the office. The staff were friendly and genuine, which allowed us to relax and feel comfortable.A variety of Turkish dishes on the menu with a lot to choose from if you’re vegetarian, but most of it tasted a bit bland.

I have been to Tas quite a few times, sometimes for lunch and a couple of times for dinner. We came Thursday evening and it really was fantastic, they fitted us in even though it was packed due to Christmas parties etc and no where could sit us for food (tried several pubs in London). They had a man on the guitar and the place was packed. Yet they served us drinks and menu promptly, gave us ample time to look though the menu, and never rushed us. We chose the vegetarian mezze which had a selection of hot and cold dishes with bread and we ordered an extra side of hot aubergine. The food was beautiful. Such wonderful flavours, so fresh, always service with smile no matter how busy they were. Can't wait to come back with my husband as he would love it

I love this restaurant. We went for the first time with my husband and our experience was great. We really enjoyed eating all the food we ordered. Everything that came to our table was very fresh and flavoursome. The food cooked here has its own style and presented very professionally. We would definitely visit again when next in the area. The prices are great, would recommend a visit here. We prefer it to any other Turkish restaurant you could think of. Thank you so much for the fabulous food.

The service is always good and the food delicious arrives quickly every time. They sometimes have a musician too (only seen him when I've visited Friday nights) and that is a fun touch. Do not visit without ordering the Kunfafa for dessert :-)
