Champor-Champor in Southwark

Amazing food, tasty and delicious. Huge king prawns that were like mini lobsters they were so big. We had a 6pm reservation and were sat round the back where just 1 other table was situated. A shame as we had little to no atmosphere and would have liked to have sat in the main restaurant.

Perfect for an occasion or when you just want something special. It's a bit on the pricier side, but the food is worth it! We paid £90 for 2 people and it included 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 rice, a beer and a mocktail. The food is full of flavour and the decor of the place is really unique.

The restaurant was right in the center of london, but still it felt as if it had been hidden ✨ I loved the decor, food and anmosphere!I ordered Roasted Squash Laksa, which was insane! 😋If you want to come in a group of about 10 people, you can book a special room, which is quite small and narrow, but will accommodate many people.

Fantastic, authentic Thai and Malaysian menu, Michelin-star quality food and lovely staff. Comfy and snug, completely charming. Highly recommended!

Nice interior design which gives a great dining atmosphere. Ordered the king prawn green curry and sirloin beef with jasmine rice and they were both very delicious. Would love to come back soon and try other dishes!

We had 3 courses plus cocktails and loved every dish. Red snapper and squid ink pasta was a highlight for me. Service was excellent, even on a fully booked Saturday evening.

Really lovely staff, the atmosphere of the place and the decoration are super unique. The food was delicious, various vegan options and they bring a complimentary appetiser with banana bread (veggie) and these cute spoons with lamb and fruit salad. The mushroom and potato dumplings (vegan) was really tasty and different. My friend has the Massaman chicken curry and she really enjoyed it. We shared the chocolate chilli cheesecake (veggie) - there was literaly just a tiny dusting of chili and it was more like mousse, but it was good chocolate for a sweet thing at the end of a meal. A bit pricey especially the dessert, but the portions are good and the food is really tasty so you get your value. Would definitely come back, it's different and exotic and I want to try all the other vegan dishes.

Despite them closing the kitchen within 30 minutes they were quick to seat us and take our order. On top of that the food was delicious and the staff members were very welcoming.

Food was delicious! Good portion sizes, well-priced. Having the mezzanine booth was a lovely touch and offered us privacy as well as attentive service. Can't wait to come back!

Very nice meal, and stood out as slightly different from a traditional Thai. The young Banana yellow curry in particular was surprisingly tasty(although not very photogenic, so here is the prawn green curry instead lol)! Service was unhurried and cheerful.
