Chatica in Southwark

Some of the products I ordered were not the same products that I received, a bit of a lucky dip when you purchase with them. As everyone else no response...

I normally go to Chatica and am very happy with the very friendly service and delicious food. I will give them 4 stars in the shop.I tried ordering via the website chatica.co but unfortunately some of the products I ordered didn't arrive. I also got a couple of products I did not order including an expired one. I emailed them to know if they will send me the remaining items and if not to give me a refund but they haven't even replied to me. Not happy with their customer service.---It has been over two weeks since I emailed them and did this review. I didn't get a reply. Very bad customer service. No pride on their reputation.

I have made two orders with Chatica. The first one was delivered missing two products. I tried getting in touch with them by email, chat and phone, but I wasn't able to get in touch, so the issue was never resolved. I decided to give them another chance and made an order a month ago but the order hasn't arrived, and again, I haven't been able to get in touch with them in any way. What a shame, as the products are good.

Decent place in my opinion , something i look when then making this reviews is the attitude of the people in the place, but this people were very serious and brings like the mood of the ambient down, the rest was fine.

I always like coming to that place. It may no been the nicest shopping centre in town, but you can breathe a Latin vibe, that reminds me of my holidays. They have home made alfajores that are worth a try, amongst all the other tipical food from Colombia.

La Chatica it use to be a really nice place one year ago. Now the quality it's not the same that it use to be.The costumer service it's really bad, All the the staff are rude even when it's not busy time or using their phones when they have costumers ready to serve.I prefer go to a different Latin place in elephant and Castle, better quality, price and costumer service.

Great place to chill have a cuppa and a snack, polite service busy at lunch times

I absolutely love this place. El placer de sentirte por un ratito en Colombia. Good affordable authentic food, very nice staff. I'd be here everyday!

Stuff is very friendly 👍👏 food and coffee is just ok nothing special and not bad.. I will back here. Price is fine 👍

Very traditional layout typical of being in columbia, Venezuela. Very much recommend
