The delivery guys did not give a call when arrived, he did not ring the bell and he left the food outside on the floor. When we call the restaurant they said they delivered. Then we found out that the food, of corse super cold, was left on the floor. When we call the restaurant ask for sending the food back, they start to scream at phone to each other, after scream at me, at the driver. The manager was super rude with me and with the woman employee that try to help. We had to bin the food and we have to buy somewhere else. Do not order here, they do not have costumer service at all.

It's cheap for a reason because most of their food is frozen. I don't think they care either because they seem happy sticking all their frozen food boxes out onto the street everyday for everyone to see.

It's my favourite Chinese in the area. I think I've tried all of them in a 1.5-mile radius.

My go to Chinese,I have never had a bad dish from EE House. Food is cooked to perfection, full of flavour and plenty of it. Value for money on the portions, but sorry they stoped doing regular rice portions as I tend not to eat all the rice in the large portions. At time's you may need to wait a while as they are very popular, but well worth it.Well done guys.

Was working late, popped in for some dumplings with roast pork and rice. Nice dumplings, but the dip was basically pure vinegar.. Pork was beyond dry and rice is laughably bad. Stay well clear.

Great Chinese takeaway. Yes it took 1.5 hours but we knew that from when we ordered on deliveroo. Food was tasty and what you'd expect from a takeaway. Made a reasonable substitute for us on the set menu. Meat was really soft and full of flavour. It would have been nice to get some dipping sauce to go with prawn crackers. Would definitely order again.

Having travelled from Kent to come and see me, my friend and I just wanted a nice Chinese takeaway meal and we decided on this takeaway place. We did notice the reviews about the delivery times but took a chance, because they had crispy seaweed. Can you imagine some Chinese takeaways do not have that item on the menu. LolTbh, I had never heard of 'EE House' and didn't realise how close they are to where I live. Anyway, we ordered a selection of items including their honey chicken wings, crispy seaweed, sweet and sour chicken, king prawn fried rice, deep fried calamari and a couple others items. We used the deliveroo delivery service, and the food arrived on time and was hot. Most of all the food tasted fresh, not too oily and according to my friend and her 8 year old son tasted better than their local Chinese takeaways in Kent. Even the price was worth it, they are not expensive and you get very good portion sizes. Will defo order again. Thanks

Ordered via deliveroo. We called after 1.5 hours and delivery was late. We were informed delivery was being cooked. After another half hour we were informed food had been delivered (if hadn't). Phone line to restaurant was then taken offline, no way to contact them. Money was still taken from us.
