I’m never sure if this place is going to be open or closed. The lady who runs it, occasionally closes early if business is slow, and there’s something about that which I find rather entertaining! It’s like playing a game of roulette!The aunty behind the counter reminds me of an asian mum prepping and cooking up a storm, getting ready to feed whoever shows up at the shop.The food was great, better than what I was expecting. It may not have some herbs in the Bún bò Huế that normally come with the dish or any fancy presentation but the flavour was spot on. Definitely worth a visit and it’s also incredibly cheap for the portion size.

This is as original as it gets. Proper home cooked Vietnamese. It's a rare find

I wasn't sure about it at first as I never bought food from there before. So I ordered the prawn summer roll, Lemongrass beef and rice and Grilled pork noodles with salad.Sweet elderly lady took the order and I believe also cooked the food. I loved the grilled pork noodles to the point of going back to order another one for my brother. The vinaigrette for the salad and crushed peanuts complimented it so well. I will defo go back. Câm on for the prawn crackers.🙏🏽

True authentic little gem ! If you are looking for some handmade traditional Vietnamese dishes by auntie go no further than here. Nice aroma and flavourful ! Highly recommend. Take away only and cash only

I love this Vietnamese takeaway shop! Compared to many Asian takeaway shops in London I’ve ever been, this is the best judging by the amount of money you pay and what you get. It’s Authentic and delicious Vietnamese food. And it’s a small business and the owner is a Vietnamese lady who also cooks the food. She’s always very nice to customers. Solid 5 stars

Amazing, hearty food with a simple, best bang for the buck menu from the sweetest auntie! Also serves the best Bun Bo Hue in London, as authentic as the ones you can eat in Hue!

Don't be put off by the unprepossessing exterior of this Vietnamese take away. The food from the limited chalkboard menu was absolutely fantastic.

This place is essentially a takeaway hole-in-the-wall kitchen but there are are some minimalist seating should you wish to eat here. Good bun bo Hue.

The bun cha pork was juicy but I found its finely chopped pieces akin to what you'd feed an elderly person who has trouble chewing. I do want to go back and try other dishes as that's what the other reviews have mentioned
