Food portions were exceptionally small for the price and the quality of the food did not make up for it. Charged £4 for four slices of bread, lacked complementary oils or sauces to go with classic Spanish tapas plates.The small interior does not equate to 'cosy', as you're constantly brushed or knocked during your meal (and constant gusts of cold as people come and go). Staff basically hanging around like grim reapers ready to take your plate and rush you out of the door. Staff were pleasant and courteous but just a little too close for comfort.

Food and wine was okay but the waitress was rude. She was coming back every 2 minutes to check if we were ready to order, she barked at us because we moved a stool.When my friend asked if there was a toilet she replied back: “No, people go pee on the street here”We would have ordered more, we would have stayed longer but we felt so uncomfortable that we left as soon as we finished our bottle of wine and the food.

It’s famous and popular, but it turned out to be a disappointment. Among all the dishes, I only found the Pulpo (octopus) terrific. They failed the basic tapas. The staff members are ok but they don’t make us feel welcomed.Maybe I had certain expectation about this place given the number of good reviews. It’s not good value for money either. Wouldn’t recommend nor revisit…

Fantastic, what can I say. I think we managed to eat pretty much everything on the menu, and there was no dish that was not special in its own right.Great to see a professional team tanning great care and pride with what they do. It shines, and comes through not only to the actual food, but the whole experience.Recommend strongly, better than most places in San Sebastian or Bilbao.

The ROI for this restaurant is very high. If you’re looking for tapas and you work by london bridge it’s a great place. No reservations or whatever, just come in and wait in line and you will be pleased!!

Delicious authentic taste with great service. One of the best Spanish tapas around town at a very affordable price. Make sure you do try the Iberico Ham. To die for....

High recommend! The food is so good, I loved the fact it's small plates so u can enjoy many dishes. The atmosphere was nice and so was the service.
