Got takeout - food was okay (The chicken had dried up a bit. The doner was better). Staff were helpful and courteous.

5 stars babiiii. I’ve had the pleasure of stumbling in here twice in about as many years. A truly unique ordering process where you order from the menu and then receive a counter offer leaving you unsure whether you’ve ever truly understood how to order food.Last night my drunken plea for a falafel wrap was countered with the proposal of ‘chicken and rice’ which i gratefully accepted. I didn’t intend to eat like an amateur bodybuilder at 2am but eff me it was just what the doctor ordered.

Ordered a chicken and lamb mixed shwarma, lamb hummus shwarma and falafels. Instead it was lamb doner meat, chicken doner meat (bland) in a container without the shwarma been made into a wrap. The hummus shwarma had lamb doner meat on top of ordinary hummus and the falafels were burnt. Extremely unhappy with the quality of the food and to be honest the best part of the meal was the salad and pittas.

They apparently like to take advantage of people slightly intoxicated who they think cannot judge prices. I did not ask for two mixed grills, and asked for one to be split across two. Terrible service. Asked for my mixed grill to be split in to two boxes quite clearly, the guy then put two mixed grills in to two boxes and tried to charge me £20 - even after I explained I could not afford it and o my asked for the one, which ai made clear on four separate occasions. When I said I asked for the one and couldn’t pay the other, they than started a bidding war for my meal with other customers present. I took my meal for £14, and when I got in to my car the man chased to the car and asked for the rest of the cash. I explained I asked for two boxes, and didn’t commit to paying an extra £5 for something I didn’t ask for. They then started talking to the customers and passerby’s telling them that I had taken the meal from them and that they were not going to get it. Completely unprofessional and an absolute disgrace of a business which is literally two footsteps from my flat, the sheer embarrassment from them not understanding and then deciding that to put on me is appalling. Take accountability for your negligence and actions instead of trying to make others feel a suspect.

Placed an order through Uber Eats- the restaurant is listed as ' Lebanese restaurant' on Uber Eats- and their name on Google appears as Kabab world.They sent the wrong order- I ordered a Quarter Pounder and they sent Spicy Potatoes-I was unable to find the number for the restaurant due to the name being different, but when I called them, the person who answered the call said, Why are you calling one hour later;I informed him that the order was picked by the driver an hour back, but it was delivered to me, 10 minutes before- and it took me a while to locate their number and call-To which he replied, yes but still 10 minutes later, when you have already eaten the food.Not at all good customer service- unfortunately service is as important as the taste of food- so will definitely not be ordering from them againMany other Lebanese restaurants nearby- Brince Lebanese is as good- so will be taking my orders there from now onwardsRegards

literally just picked up a order which is a mess. first i asked if they had read the notes when i got there and they didn't he's excuse for not making the order correct was he tried to call me? 1. i had no signal to answer and 2. the notes are simple no salad no sauce on a wrap but he had to remake one of the meals now once i'm home they messed up the other meal!! ordered grilled wings and chips and salad and got just grilled wings? so i've paid for something i haven't got. the doughnuts are frozen which is laughable. also there 'social distancing' is a joke 4 people in the shop waiting for there food all close together. never will i return what a joke. robbers.

First time ordering for a Friday night family take away and my God it was awful. All meat was burnt and dry & the chicken smelt fishy. Wr had to throw it all away. Garlic sauce is basically mayo and chilli sauce is mayo with pepper in it. Even the kids apologised for not being able to eat it. First and last time id ever order from Kebab World...NEVER AGAIN.

We have order from this place several times during the last months. Food has always arrived soon and fresh. It is very tasty and well served, price is good too. It is our favourite delivery option. We hope they keep the good food and service!

Brilliant service - arrived in half the time quoted, 20 minutes after I ordered. Best falafel I've had in a long time, generous tasty salad and pita bread. I'm often disappointed but not this time. Excellent value for money too!
